Great video PJ. It’s interesting what you said about the set only 50 cent coins that are easy to overlook if you are noodling too fast. I’ve been lucky to find an ‘86, ‘87, ‘90 and ‘92 in circulation but I wonder how many I’ve missed through not paying attention. I nearly missed a 2007 $1 mob of Roos last week, I only put it aside as it looked uncirculated so worth keeping. It took me a second look to realise it was from a set. It’s the 1992 $1 MOR you really don’t want to overlook! Cheers.

Won't be rounding up to the closest $5 mark any more with the valuable information given in this video, I use to dislike change but now I will hoard it for the peaceful hours I find at mine to dive into figuring out what is valuable/keep it/find more and what can be used to get more potentially valuable coins, cheers PJ.

If your finding this amount of coins over some of time then if there still legal tender, I would keep them. As we know now banks are closing counters and closing branches as they do in Britain and all over the world, where we will have credits instead of the freedom of cash Netherlands is almost cashless and others are doing the same, that is why the EU the United States of Europe is run by large businesses and bankers of the largest banks. I have had 3 banks close nearest to me and my closest has done away with the counter service. Now I have to go to the post office who says have you ordered this money by going on line, when my bank paying them a fortune for doing the bank services. Gold hitting $1600 a oz soon and silver is $17.00 odd a Oz soon. So keep your bucks for that day. Alright forty to a hundred dollars doesn't sound a lot.
But it will get yer a beer or two plus some meat, bread or eggs and fuel if you're down on yer luck. Love mum

Plenty of the 2021 5 cents in Brisbane,i only keep the 10 cent rolls.Expect both to increase in mintage.Woolie's released $2 are only worth $2 and only worth holding if uncirculated.Quality of condition is my main search criterion followed by mintage scarcity.High quality older dated mintages of common coins make me just as happy as finding low mintage coins.
