Unless u confusing hutus that look like tutsis like the foreign affairs and his predecessor
It isn't apartheid
In fact we can say rpf shed it's blood on behalf of hutus people
The army is 100 % monoethnic!!70 to 80 % of soldiers are hutus!!
U should change the title

@@bentutsibensamale7520 According to the list under the video link, which shows that none was incorrectly labeled, 79% of "cabinet/government members" and 100% of "army chiefs" are Tutsi in a country where Hutus have been estimated to make up 85% of the population over the last 30 years. Therefore, the title remains unchanged.
