I relate to everything zaid said. I'm a 17 year old who suffered through brain hemorrhage out of nowhere on 2nd june 2022 and underwent coiling surgury on the 3rd june 2022 and after my surgery i felt so colse to Allah and realized how lucky we are when we are in good health. Give it some time to heal. Time is your greatest asset for healing. I would also recommend getting evaluated by an upper cervical specialist. They usually do a CBCT scan to check for injury. Any accident, not matter how small can actually affect your neck/upper cervical area. Your jaw is another reason to get evaluated. All the best.

Hey said hopefully you get get this message before surgery. It’s good to see that you are doing well.
I had the same situation with my jaw, I couldn’t open it and it would shift to one side (TMJ I believe it’s called). I did some jaw exercises which obviously hurt in the beginning but, I opened my jaw with my two thumbs gradually and it popped back into place.
I would not recommend surgery at all because the scar tissue will never go away and cause more problems.
I have TMj disease. It's painful
I also had tmj jaw displacement.
But Alhamdulilah now i have recover it.. many doctors recommended me surgery but I don’t want it. So they treat me with braces and some exercise and also gave me dental splint. It all helped alot.. now i’m completely fine.. braces off.. not using splint anymore.. recovered in 6 months..

@@mahwishhayat5041 exercises are not same for all the cases.. even exercise can make worse to your jaw if you are doing without your doctor consent.. it always vary to the patient’s situation..
but yeah i want to tell you don’t do any exercise which can make you feel pain and stress to your jaw.. For example someone recommended me to have chewgum all the time.. I started taking it which increased my pain.. i told my doctor and he said don’t eat chewgum or anything which can make you feel pain like burgers.. he also asked me to take small bites of my meal and don’t have anything hard like nuts etc..
so yeah don’t panic if your mouth is not opening
Let your jaw relax
Sleep in a right position
Don’t put too much stress on your face
Don’t eat something hard
And don’t open your mouth repeatedly if it is not opening
Let it relax
It will be ok InshaAllah
Just consult a good doctor..
@@mairagohar8001 I was also very cautious when I had TMJ. But I remember how I got rid of it.
The pain got so bad that I didn’t care anymore if I even broke my jaw so I just put 4 fingers on the bottom row of my teeth and thumb on the top and just yanked it with all it had and thankfully it did the job.
So that’s how I got rid of it off course I would not recommend this, I would still recommend doing light exercises.
