I rolled 12% rounds on the Perforator. When using expand weapon charge and concentrate support ammo I am only getting 7 rounds in the mag with the sniper out but 8 with compulsive magazine. Does Hailey need to be 40 for max rounds, did they change this or is it bugged for me? (Edit - Solved - Make sure you have the full slayer set on for the rounds per magazine. You need that extra 9% for all 8 shots)

payout and the mag mods you must use. when you do a zenith shot there is a weapon damage and skill damage so yes upgrading to causes more dmg for the weapon dmg.

@@SenEvades I think that might be incorrect according to Vash's calculator, and I'll test it later to see, but it's irrelevant because a better mod than both Chill Enhancement and Insight Focus would be Weak Point Sight. The calculator has the damage coming out higher than both mods by about 1m average damage. Not a lot in the grand scheme, but everything matters when going for fastest. Otherwise, your Perforator looks exactly like mine. Your Hailey build is exactly what IzNasty and everyone running with him (me included) is running while trying to do 4 mans. I think we're going to attempt to drop Skill Insight in favor of a second HP mod later, but I agree that trying to get as much crit as possible in a solo run is necessary. This was a good kill and it's the fastest I've seen so far. FYI Iz and I tested Shot Focus last night and it for sure does less damage against Infernal Walker. I'm guessing you noticed that since you aren't running it, good job not falling for it since it's good on every other colossus.
Can I do this with a secret garden maxed out ? My garden does 701k dps and can pretty much use the same if not some of the perforator mods halp me please freyna ain’t cookin in this boss Hailey seems the way to go
Tbf, they already said they are going to find a way to give the ultimate descendent variants the ability to take from their og variants down the line. So it’s safe to do it imo

@@SToad most colossi in the game have around 25% or more Crit ceiling, meaning if you have any Crit above 75%, it goes to waste so you can just run the 3 Crit mods without skill insight, as far as I'm aware

@@iatepacman745Do not recommend to use Sniper rifle anywhere else to kills boss or colossi. It doesn't have many rounds, and overkill for mobs, fire rate is too slow. Use other guns, Endurance Legacy great overall versus single target. For mobbing since you are new Thunder cage is the best, then Greg Reverse fate, Albion Cavalry not bad but required full catalyzed. Do not use shotguns and rocket launchers unless you play Gley. If you invest in Perforator it will shine and you can clear anything with it. Beam rifles are generally bad as well as Tactical rifles or Scout rifles. If you are new you can't spread your resources all around. Reccomend Thunder cage - Endurance Legacy - perforator. That will be universal combination for any occasions. When you finish with these you will already understand what else do you want to have a fun with. Recommend you to get Bunny as farming descendants. She will save you a lot of time. Or you may like her. Have a fun.
If you made a piercing light preset the way you did on perferator, you'd kill it even faster. Her 2 and 4 scale of the base dmg of the gun she is holding when they're used. So having that setup on the piercing light too, or piercing light instead would actually hit harder and kill faster.
The biggest problem with this build; .. is if you don't have that build yet, or don't have it finished, you gotta do everything yourself, even Boss runs; .. as all the Elititatds expect & even DEMAND you to have this build, or they'll ditch you in 5 seconds, regardless of your Lvl
... Same thing also still happens in Toram over Bow's Crossfire Skill, if you can't get it to over 25 Million DMG. in Ultimate difficulty on Bosses, you're labeled a leech & shamed in Shout Chat, 5 feet from the Boss (& Doing 25 Mil. in Ultimate is actually impossible without hax)

piercing light is better when the boss has overall lower hp. the higher hp bosses need payout and the extra shots for example swamp walker or molten.

you can use the mod payout and have alot more shots which is less damage per second but more overall damage

If the boss doesnt get knocked in first couple of shots ur cooked, it will launch missiles and u die. Otherwise, the boss is easy.

the piercing light would never 1 phase this boss not enough shots. piercing light more damage per second, perforator more total damage.
