I`m a guy in Louisiana and we love food and cooking here. Some guys from Texas told me "MEN AREN`T SUPPOSED TO COOK!" but my mom taught me when I was very young and one of my best friends is a chef. I love you and your videos so I would certainly watch you cook because I`m always learning. There`s a fortune in jewelry and old coins in the once-popular swimming holes in the many creeks in the central Louisiana hills here but disrespectful kids trashing, vandalizing, stealing, and disturbing the peace got the public banned from all the fun places.

3:45 & 10:33 Probably that twisted loop of copper wire was for binding something together (like you'd put a twist-tie on a plastic bag to keep it closed); since it's copper, maybe it was for fastening two or more electrical parts next to each other so that they would conduct electricity across to each other. :D
