A guy I watched said it's stupid to not be homeless here with all the benefits you get. He enjoys movies every night and has a bed in a shelter whenever he wants to get freshened up.

GOOGLE THIS: In the past two months, the cost of both renting and buying a home in the Central Valley of California has increased 40-60%, making it almost impossible for those who are living in a home that is purchased by an investment company to continue occupying it. This is BEYOND gentrification. Thus the problem just went WAY beyond The Bay Area and Southern California. This state isn't even affordable for the missing middle class.
