I’ve been trying to install this build from the install media but all that does is put a huge “packages” folder on the disk and what looks like some placeholder directories
What exactly do you mean by staged? I know that when I’ve explored Vista and 7 betas, I’ve had to bring Windows into a syspreped stage (toggling Generalise also) in order to get certain installations to work optimally…

Just use the pre-made VHD

If the source code ever leaks somehow, we can still get ARM 7601. That would be a win-win
