  • If you are not sleeping well or encounter troubles whilst trying to sleep, there may be many underlying problems such as anxiety, Lifestyle Issues, and electronics. The Video goes over ways where one can solve these issues which may lead up to insomnia, aiding in achieving sound sleep. An example of a solution discussed in the video is the use of yoga and meditation, as well as clearing up your mind prior to sleep. All of the following are discussed in Hindi. Hopefully, by the end of the video the question "Why do you feel tired even after sleeping" is resolved.
    Additionally, the speaker of this motivational video, Dr Kalika Uttarkar has 25 years of experience in teaching philosophy, conducting life skills corporate training and workshops for yoga and mental health, and works as a psychological counselor. She strives to study and share the intersection of Indian Philosophy, Yoga, and Psychology to explore its relevance to human life in today’s age. One of her passion projects was her doctoral thesis on "The Philosophy of Life with Reference to the Major 11 Upanishads". Her expertise also include Naturopathy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
