A fascinating discussion for sure. Your transparency is unparalleled. Relying on this hobby as a source of income is most definitely a double edged sword. I'm constantly keeping in mind how Will and I's affiliations with different companies impact our credibility and reliability. Unfortunately, even with all of those collaborations we have, making enough for just two people to survive off of has been extremely tough, and is in a near constant state of limbo. But I'm glad you've been able to find a place of being able to try out as many things as you do (more than Will and I even get to), and can still have fun with it, while being transparent about how you're going about it. It's extremely cool to see and we need more people in the community like you. Cheers!
I appreciate that and wish you guys could be a bit more comfortable financially here. I also hope you don't think this as me subtly attacking anyone who doesn't run their channel this way, just how I like to run things for myself and certainly not the only way to be credible/transparent
Being biased is what makes you special. rather than hearing the opinion of a reviewer, it's more like hearing a review of a consumer. This makes it more personal, and I get a better idea of what the product is

i don't always agree with you're takes on balisongs but i respect your stance on how you go about running your channel. you provide straight from the maker as is first impression as to what to expect and that's important for people trying to get into the hobby. EE popped off

i recently got my first balisong, it's a very unknown balisong, there are quite literally no videos of it on youtube (i checked)
granted, it sucks
a lot of tap, a lot of play, the screws suck, but i plan to get a different balisong soon enough
