This Kenmore 4.3 cubic foot top load washer has a big tub for large loads, low water and energy usage, and a wash plate system for a gentle yet deep clean. This washer does require a pair of hot and cold water hoses. The power cord is attached to the washer.

You missed on the water level issue:
Each cycle only comes with ONE water level.
"Normal" is half level, "Bulky" is filled up all the way.
Problem is that you need to learn the under the lid sticker in order to understand water levels.

Do i have to stand there and wait for rinse cycle to put softener manually. There is no cup holder like the bleach one
I have this one. Bought it new in 2017 and it has been very good so far. I live in TX where it's hot so it gets a lot of use.

You dont say where to put the fabric softener
Where do u add the softener? Before u put the clothes or during the wash?
Hi! You can do this one of two ways. Either use a Downy Ball or add it manually. If you are going to use the Downy Ball, you would put the right amount of softener in to it, put it on top of the clothes, and set the fabric softener knob to "On". It will release the fabric softener automatically during the rinse cycle. If you add the fabric softener manually, you would wait until the washer has completed filling during the final rinse. Then press the Pause button, add the fabric softener, close the lid and press Start (same button as Pause). Thanks for asking!

Why is there no fabric softener dispenser when it has a fabric softener button on the front. Poor design!!!

I will never buy this type of washer. It does not clean right. Sometimes the clothes on the very top just stay there and not moving at all. I like the front loader better. Your clothes will tumble and clean evenly.
How do you run the Clean washer cycle?? Mine won't do it bc nothing is in the drum.

Seems like it. I just got mine and it shakes a lot
"High efficiency = high waste of money" just buy the old fashion machine if you want your cloths to come out clean.

I have come to realize that KENMORE APPLIANCES the manufacturer are completely setting the customers up for a big let down their washer freezer and most dryers are utterly junk/ garbage they build them now to rust profusely from the inside out and SEARS accuses the customer of neglect to keep from changing the appliance what can the customer do to the washer and freezers to cause a rust build up how can a person rust out an appliance is there ways to make rust I am so confused about this
