How to Cook a Quick Meal from Scratch

  • I want to encourage everyone to start cooking from scratch, whether that be 1 day or 7 days per week. Every time you cook a nice meal for your family there is always satisfaction. I know time is so scarce these days and every one is super busy, so I thought I'd share with yall a quick made from scratch meal that I made in almost the same amount of time it takes to cook a frozen pizza! I hope this video will encourage you to know where your food comes from and start taking control over what your family eats!

Hi, I just love the way you think!!! I have always cooked this way, even when I worked 2 jobs. I know that you are an inspiration to folks that don't think like we do. Keep up the fantastic work.🎉😂

❤I would anytime rather have home cooked food than frozen or fast food. Good job, Meagan! ❤️🙏🏻

    Love your channel!!
I’m much older than you (just turned 68) but have always cooked from scratch. Worked full time for 41 years and we always sat down for meals as a family. I still prefer to cook, it’s so much cheaper and tastes so much better. Glad to see younger people cooking from scratch.

Water and Eggs should start out the same temperature Megan. You do it just right. Potatoes that are clean, non poluted by chemicals are more nutritous with the peelings left on. No reason not to eat the skins. 30 minute home grown meal. Looks really delicious too.

I’ve NEVER heard of someone using water and not milk to make mashed potatoes

Actually there was a time when I had to use water as my milk had sowered .I admit it was not the same but with a lot of butter it worked out ok.Although I will say milk is much more preferable no doubt !
