It bugs me so much that many times he ask for death when he had so so much to live for more than the average being has. He should never have been that depressed, he had it all! It’s so hard to comprehend that. He looked his best at 30 at Princess Diana Hope Concert, one can see how all there admired him, wanted him to be theirs, such a dreamboat, clothes, voice, that dance jiggle, guy was on top of the world! What a twist and turn this fine singers life took, left us speechless!
I just found out this is a Rhianna song. A lot of the lyrics have been changed though. He sings this way better than she does, but of course he did.....his voice is perfection!
Most of the songs he covered were better then the original ones, this one is one of them, and “Victims” originally by Culture Club is for another example. We miss you George and your music R.I.P.
I am hoping one day the estate releases a bigger album of live cuts. There are so many good ones on you tube that I hope he recorded and need to be heard in better quality. There also needs to be an album of contemporary covers.

I'm puzzled.. Where does this come from? As far as I know, Russian Roulette has never been officially released on any support, but this is clearly a soundboard recording. Am I missing something?
@@matthewfranjkovic8274, yeah I know this, I attended two shows (Verona and Milan) and taped one of the two nights in Milan (maybe I'll release it one day). But the recording being shared here is from the soundboard, and as far as I know, no official recording of Russian Roulette has been released so far. Hence this comes from an unknown vault... it would be nice to know a little more about it
As george has got older his voice decrease sensibly...listen his songs that was performed before 2000....in the album " Patience" you can feel his voice changed...the notes was several lower
Also, as we age our voices naturally change. As a vocalist myself, this is very hard to accept when your identity is very entrenched in vocalizing. Constant vocal exercise and upkeep is needed as we age and it doesn’t always work.

he used to smoke a lot, sometimes I wonder how his voice would have sounded if he stopped those addictions
