Bottom line, Gambia paid (or will pay) and China delivered the project. It's a business transaction and nothing for either side to glory about beyond that. They give us loans that half of the money goes back to them and the rest shared by our politicians. Tax payers still pay the loans. Why is a highway not catering for cycles and pedestrians safety!!! Thos lanes and paving or sidewalks are just too narrow for a high speed road like that!! The bridge is also so narrow for pedestrian traffic!!! China must do better!!!!! 😢😢😢
