Organic is the thing to go for but how do you handle the bad air quality in Dubai ?
Also don't be mislead by the organic label: junk food is junk organic or not. Organic is not healthy by itself, it's conscious eating of what's actually healthy which makes the difference in your health. And it's magnified if you eat organic.
Example of organic scam is all the fried food you buy: why having them organic whereas they are harmful because they are fried. It's simple: if it is not found in nature in the form you buy it in the shop then it's harmful.
Take the coconut water: if you want coconut water, buy the coconut, plug a hole, drink. Not from a glass of water or plastic or tetrapak with aluminium in it. Same with nuts: try to get them with the shells to avoid oxydation.

That' the average a family of 4 can expect to spend for all meals. Breakfast Lunch Dinner and Snacks. Including the school lunches and snacks. But I will admit with a strict meal plan that figure can be reduced a little.
