I did not know that they had a shop like that here in England or I would have gone into it a long time ago, looks like they only have that kind of store in the London area, the only thing that I have seen is a health store called Holland and Barrett's but it is only a small place and nothing like that place you have gone to.

Thank you so much for these videos. I had mono in fall of 2013 and since then I’ve come to the point of zero quality of life. I’ve seen so many doctors and none of them seem to care or help. Trying to get my life and health back. Starting with changing my diet. It’s so hard to find how to put healthy yet affordable meals together.

It's not as good that was just down the road at Torrington Place or the one opposite Liverpool Street station. Both have closed, which is a real shame. 🇬🇧

A note on 3:00. It's probably calm in there because it's a small grocery store where only people with the means to afford organic food can shop there. It's not because of vibrating energy, it's because of socioeconomics. Not trying to rain on anybody's parade, but conventional grocery stores ARE chaotic because the serve the public at large, many of whom cannot afford the prices at places like this, let alone have access to them. Food deserts are a real thing, so if you are in the vicinity of one of these lovely stores and can afford to shop there, count your blessings. I think it's great to buy organic when you can, but please recognize this is not a reality for many. Which is probably why so many of us are unhealthy!

Energy is definitly a thing, you see what you want but it doesnt lie. Everyone should be able to eat organic, the rest of the food in the world. WHen you think about it, '' regular '' things at the store poisoning people ( not my reality I am healthy I am yhe embodiment of Heal, God protect me ), is harmming them. Organic should be the norm. NO PESTICIDES. Here today in my country France, they canned PFOA.

And I dont hope my comments sounds weird as I am not english natively. But my family and I are very poor, but we make the means to eat organic and from the local market farm. We live in the woop woop, we dont have any debts, no credit cards ( Europe yeah ), we dont have to do sacrifices like people would call ; restaurants, coffee shops, acitivites because all of those things do not exist in the sticks. People in the city will splurge on non essential things yes, but they are tempted by overconsumption. If people would comeback to the essential nature of the Self, they realize they dont need those things and they can now concentrate on the essential which is nourishing the vessel with non harming substances. Funny how organic is not much cheaper than '' regular '' stuff anyway, when we lived in rural Canada a small head of brocoli was 12$, a can of chickpea 5$, one tomato ... ONE tomato 4 $ .... Robbery in plain sight. Then, we didnt have choices. But for those who DO have the choices and dont take it, this is sadly on them. I am speaking on a perspective of a young disabled adult that is not able to cook from scratch at all time because of things outside my control, but do my best. People should do what they want, but their best is not the same as the other neighbor.... Blessings to you & all who wants to eat better.
