I am sorry to state that during Onam we had ordered food. Few did not get rice, sambar, payasam etc. It was a total tragedy. Yesterday I was there and ordered coffee for 6 people. It was neither cold coffee nor hot. I felt the money has been thrown out in Kalpathy river. So pity.

ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസത്തെ സ്വന്തം അനുഭവം പറഞ്ഞാൽ പാലക്കാട്ടെ ഏറ്റവും വൃത്തിഹീനമായ റെസ്റ്റോറൻ്റ്.
കല്പാത്തി എന്ന പേര് ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുകയാണ് ഇവർ ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഞാനൊരു ഫിൽട്ടർ കോഫി കഴിക്കാനാണ് ഞാനിവിടെ കയറിയത്. ഇത്രയും ഹോപ് ലെസ് ആയ ഒരു കാപ്പി ഞാൻ ജീവിതത്തിൽ കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
എത്നിക് ഫുഡ് ആണ് ഞങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ അവർ എനിക്ക് കാപ്പി നൽകിയത് ചില്ല് വെട്ട് ഗ്ലാസിൽ. കാപ്പിയും ചായയും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഏരിയ അത്രക്കും വൃത്തിഹീനം. എണ്ണക്കടികളും ഇഡലിയുമൊക്കെ വൃത്തിഹീനമായ കൈ കൊണ്ട് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നത് കണ്ടു. ഇത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്ത എന്നോട് തിരക്കിൽ അങ്ങനെയെ നടക്കു എന്നാണ് ഉടമ പറഞ്ഞത്. ആ സമയം ഞാനടക്കം 4 പേരാണ് ഈ കടയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. ഇന്നും കല്പാത്തി അഗ്രഹാര ഫുഡ് ടേസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ ഹരിഹരപുത്ര തന്നെ മെച്ചം. ഇത് തുടങ്ങി 4 മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷമാണ് ഞാനവിടെ പോയത്. തുടങ്ങിയ സമയം ഒരു പക്ഷെ വൃത്തിക്ക് കൊടുത്തിരിക്കാം. അതെനിക്കറിയില്ല. 2022 നവംബർ ആദ്യവാരത്തെ അനുഭവമാണ് ഈ കമൻ്റ്

അതെ. പറഞ്ഞത് ഈ പറയുന്ന ഒരു കോപ്പും ഇല്ല.. വൃത്തിയും കുറവ്. രാത്രി ഒരു 8 മണി ആവുമ്പോഴേക്കും സാധനങ്ങൾ തീർന്നു എന്നാണ് സ്ഥിരം പല്ലവി... ഞാൻ പാലക്കാട് തന്നെയാണ്... ഒരു പാട് യൂട്യൂബ് ചാനലിൽ പ്രമോഷൻ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ഒന്നു പോയി നോക്കിയതാ...

I visited on 24/7/23. Food is really incomparable. We three of us had breakfast and lunch parcel on that day. Really great services to Brahmin community of kalpathy.

I visited this place on 09.01.2024 I.e today morning. We had a bad experience as the appam and ghee roast we ordered came out very cold.

29/1/2024 ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് swiggy വഴി ഊണ് വാങ്ങിച്ചു അയ്യോ ഭയങ്കര ശോകമായി ഒട്ടും കൊളളത്തില്ലായിരുന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം കളഞ്ഞു. ഭയങ്കര വിഷമമായിപ്പോയി.350 രൂപയായി മൂന്ന് ഊണിന്. സാമ്പാർ ഇല്ല അവിയൽ ഇല്ല തോരൻ ഇല്ല പിന്നെ എന്തോന്ന് ഊണ്. ആരും ഓഡർ ചെയ്ത് വാങ്ങിക്കല്ലേ ഇവർ കളിപ്പിക്കും

No doubt all food items are tasty. But I felt the space is little congested and service may not be one's liking. Would recommend if one is ready to wait for the foods to be served even after ordering long time back. Saw many customers had to go back after cancelling the orders because of the delay. Certainly felt they have shortage of persons both in the kitchen as well as in the dining place. Repeat i have no complaints about foods.

What is surprising is the quantity of cooked RICE eaten by SOUTH INDIANS IN ALL 5 STATES along with so many side dishes.But for the spice ingredients, so much food would not get digested.!
Now a days many migrants who went away from these states consume only one fourth of the food they consumed earlier.

Worst place ever. Seeing the comments here 3 of us went there. People are not courteous. Tables were dirty no one to clean. The waiter sat us at a table near the window. There were things kept there by the window. People were going over us to pick things from the window. What a night mare. Headed back to coimbatore Annapoorna here we come
There was a fly in my onion dosa when I had food from there a month ago. Very unhealthy unhygienic place and dark and stuffy. It's yuck.

Next day wen i visited fr lunch the papad served a fly also fried.

I visited this place, but I'm not satisfied. I went 4.30 pm and I asked what is for eating? There is nothing, only medu vada which is very cool and even chutney not served only cold sambar. I'm fed up.. I visited this hotel watching this type of videos. Good for nothing, that's my opinion

Using Trial..non veg മാത്രം ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നവർക്ക് veg ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരിക്കാം. അത്കൊണ്ട് മോശമാണെന്ന് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല. കൂടുതൽ പേർ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ നല്ലതാവാനാണ് ചാൻസ്.
This hotel has no hygiene . I got carried about video & spend 100 on auto for a meal of 180 . They don’t clean the table all the tables had plain rain leaves leaves left over . The food at 2 pm was cold . I don’t think I would visit again .

We are not pure youtubers even though we post contents through youtube, we really intend to post, the best hotels @ every district where the travellers will be beneficial. Some Hotels may be good at service at some stage and later they may change depending on the management.
The servers are very bad and do not have basic manners. The food is not extra ordinary as explained in this video. We can visit other better hotels in Palakkad.

Serving is not good. You have to improve your customer care. ഇത് മറ്റു ഹോട്ടലുകളിൽ പോയി കണ്ടു പഠിക്കണം. ഡോക്ടർ എത്ര കഴിവുള്ളതാണെങ്കിലും സ്വഭാവവും പെരുമാറ്റവും മോശമാണെങ്കിൽ ആരും രണ്ടാമത് അവിടെ പോകില്ല. ഇങ്ങനെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ട് അവിടെ വന്നവരെ നിരാശപ്പെടുത്തരുത്. തുറന്നെഴുതി എന്നു മാത്രം.
