Iam watching your vlogs from 5 years even iam disciplined in investments from 2 years because of you ,one thing i want you to add in your videos is a medical insurance because if we dont have one, all our investments will be gone, hospitalisation costs are crazy these days
You are soo generous to ur subscribers educating about stocks, mutual funds as a youtuber is something that finds special in ur content. The beauty is you will not dig too deeper you'll leave for them to figure it out. But to start where did you look for resources? what practices you adopted and when?
There is a misconception on expense ratio that is People use to think they'll take calculation like that 0.54% or 0.31 whatever they think the fund manager will take that x percentage of our returns and it is not a much of amount kind of thing but it's absolutely wrong, the expenses ratio means the fund manager will generate some profit daily and they cut off the 0.54% on your daily profit. Suppose that your fund made 1rypee today that means they'll take 0.0054 paise on your profit. It's just 1 rupee if you made 1lakh profit a day then the manager approximately take approximately 580 rupees 580x30days or whatever it makes a huge for both of the parties. That's why expense ratios are pretty important.
Sriman taught us the importance of investing when we were in college that is like 3 years back & as soon i started earning i’ve been investing since 1st month salary. thank You Sriman
@SrimanKotaru Thanks for taking time and making the informative video. Would love to see more of this kind. Could you please share the platform/website you used for the video? It's UI is clean & crisp and very detailed. Thanks. ❤❤
Can someone remind me what is "50 - 30 - 20" rule. Also, what other financial are there? I remember "20 - 10 - 4" for EMIs. Like these, what other rules can be followed?
If I invested 1,00,000 in the mutual find and, due to a market crash, the value of my investment drops to 80,000, would the 20% tax apply to 80,000 as well? Or would tax only be calculated on profits (if any)?
You have to pay tax only if you get any listing gains(Only on Profits. Not on entire Capital.). since you have not gained any profit on the investment, you don't need to pay any Tax. Always invest in Mutual funds if you think you will hold them for 5-7 years. Then only you will get nice returns.
Sriman, all the videos are okay, but please double-check whether your mutual fund investments have a regular expense ratio or a direct expense ratio, as this makes a significant difference for long-term investments.
Hi Sriman anna, Loved the vlog and thanks for sharing the knowledge. But, these days there is a lot of hype and talk about Cryptocurrencies. Please could you share a vlog about your thoughts on it and your take on its future potential? thanks :)
@SrimanKotaru Sir I need advice on whether SIP gives good profits or if SWP is Better. You have discussed about SIP but based on my research SWP offers more profits for long term investments. I hope you’ll make a video on SWP too
Hi anna! Please respond. U have been doing videos on investments and trading and also shown live investing but could you please tell the right platform for stocks and mutual funds. I generally follow Zerodha, is it a good one or is Groww better? Just give your opinion on this.
One more Thing,I will advise to everyone who started investment recently, don't go and look into portfolios regularly,Check it on weekly or Monthly basis.
Usually before u apply for any IPO check for the GMP price in google . If more GMP value then it has more demand and directly it will give u good returns on listing day 😊
At least he is spreading some good info which he might have learned from multiple sources..this is a lot better than any other promoting gambling apps..
Hi Sriman, I am looking for a part time job remotely, I am based out of Hyderabad. Is there any plan that you are starting to form a team about TH-cam or something else I am eager to learn and help. I have 4 years experience in finance. Thank you.
For next 7-8 years it’s a great sector considering the situations at all over the globe But remember thematic sector is very very risky it can make or break
Simple u had made SIP for 9-10 years and then you don’t add any money From 11th year the NAV value will increase of ur MF and directly ur money at 10th year will grow exponentially
@@bhargavsindham8803 true. But h e did mention about reinvesting the money “earned into MF again “.. so want to understand his view on that point specifically..

Sip is good. But doing it for long time is tough. Income from job business play vital role.
If I invested 1,00,000 in the mutual find and, due to a market crash, the value of my investment drops to 80,000, would the 20% tax apply to 80,000 as well? Or would tax only be calculated on profits (if any)?
Only on profits. It's called capital gains
If I were you I would hold it. And tax is not applicable on losses
You have to pay tax only if you get any listing gains(Only on Profits. Not on entire Capital.). since you have not gained any profit on the investment, you don't need to pay any Tax. Always invest in Mutual funds if you think you will hold them for 5-7 years. Then only you will get nice returns.

Why don't you make a video on etf sriman
ETFs are risky they have very less volumes
In case if u want to sell there may not be buyers . But in MF u don’t have volume problems
