Forgot to tell you that the painting is great. I like that you did not wait for it to dry like is shown in other videos.

The paint is meant for glassware. It won't wash off if you either bake it or allow it the 21 days to set. Of course, I would not let it sit in water, as they could make the paint come off. You don't have to coat it with anything. The thicker the paint the more durable. With that being said, you have to be careful not to apply too thick, or it might bubble if you bake it.
      Thanks for viewing!

Do you put any finish on the glass to protect the paint? Won't the paint wash off if there is nothing to protect it?

Love the looseness you have in your painting with a great finish but can you tell me which paint you use as most glass paint I have seen are quite thin and transparent. Thank you, Graham

Thanks, Graham. I use Folk Art Enamels....I think because I double load with another color, it helps make it more opaque. .... Thanks again!

Thanks for sharing. Did you heat the glasses in the oven at 350* for half an hour after you applied the paint?

Thanks for viewing!! I place the glassware in the cold oven. I turn on the oven to the 350 degrees. My oven takes about 20 minutes to preheat. I add that time to the 30 minutes it takes to bake. Every oven is different as for the amount of time it takes to preheat. Allow the oven to completely cool before removing the glassware.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
      Thanks again...Amy

You are not specific, why dont you show the paints...we want to know the brands and the mediums, is not enough information... you have to share everything, we have to learn from everybody that ask questions, i think that you should show your palette as you are painting so we know how to pick up!
