  • Do you look stiff when you're dancing? That's probably your shoulders' fault!     I'm a 36 year old Canadian male. I just came back from Panama for 2 weeks. I've never danced EVER in my life. I want to so bad. I'm going back to Panama in December. I've been looking at a lot of videos showing how to dance to reggaeton and dance music. I've been kind of struggling due to my flexibility. Finally I have found the most useful and easy to follow video to help me get started! Ty beautiful lady !! You've got my Sub and Like !! 😘

    I have been dancing for 4 years now and I like how I have improved
    It is just that my upper body seems so stiff when dancing which drives me crazy
    Awkward shoulders make the entire body seem awkward
    I hope this will help

    Is it tmy shoulders fault that i am dancing stiff when im doing the body wave?

      body wave is a very complex move (I'll have a tutorial on it later) it might be entire upper body that makes it look a bit stiff, it just takes a lot of practice :)

    do you think constant dancing will also help get rid of stiff shoulders?

      Not if you are already stiff because they are only going to move as far as your flexibility allows. If you want to look less stiff you have to get less stiff. You'll have to stretch. Then your dance moves will improve and so will your flexibility.
