- This is a video where I express my feelings about the Guy x Michellee relationship. I don't hate Michellee, I just hate her being with Guy-Am-I :)

PLZ READ: The fact that they got married and have a baby doesn't preclude the facts I pointed out for s1, neither in s2 we got to see any relationship development between the characters.
No worries, Sam X Guy fans will always be the major part of the fandom and will always ship the pairing SHOULD have happened in the show.
The fact that they made s2 with Sam and Guy sliptted up for most of the episodes and only agruing with other just ruined everything in the show. That's why most people didn't like it as much as s1 and you can't see the hype of the fandom anywhere today. Becuase it was not just as good as the first one. It was a nice watch, and we're all glad that Sam finally found his mother, but Sam X Guy shippers or not, it's the Sam and Guy dynamic that kept the show alive all this time. The show was about THEM. Now it really seems pointless.

I think they didn’t ship Guy x Sam is because it’s a kids show. The Gay or LGBT+ thing are not really a thing for kids

I don't mind Guy x Michelle, but it really lacked screen time and development its almost like it was an afterthought. I definitely agree that Guy x Sam has way more chemistry. Sadly showing LGBT + in shows aimed at a younger demographic is still a touchy subject for some so show creators/networks tend to avoid including it. We've still got a long way to go.

Michellee isn’t a bad character. But she is unhealthy for Guy.
She keeps belittling him. Putting him down. They are contently arguing with each other.
Guy and Michellee don’t have a lot of screen time together, to even grow any type of relationship.
And what was that kiss at the end? She only kissed him because he risked his life to save Mr.Jenkins.
I understand they don’t want to show two boys together in a relationship in a Childs show but, I feel like they are still trying to force romance in there. Its still not healthy showing a man and woman together in an unhealthy relationship. When the lady keeps putting the other one down, and show no trust what so ever.
I am sure i could think of other things to say. But i will leave it at this.

I'm neither here nor there with GuyxMichellee. I don't ship it, but I guess I can see the appeal, and I unfortunately understand why the show leaned in favor of said pairing, I'm just upset with how far they went with it in season 2.
Having them already married and bringing in a kid almost seemed...lazy, I guess? The first season barely delved into their relationship (which is fair, because unlike season 2, season 1 gave us a proper amount of Guy and Sam moments and focused solely on their friendship development) and when we start the second season, it's kinda just...forced on us and we're made to accept it.
And honestly, I could have been perfectly fine with that, IF the second season would have indulged our GuyxSam shipping hearts by giving us AT LEAST the same amount of moments we got in the first season, but no. We barely get that. And any interaction we DO get with Guy and Sam is either them arguing or with someone else around/involved.
I guess I was being stupidly hopeful when I thought we'd get another scene similar to that of the tent scene in season 1.
But...I digress. Appreciate the time and effort you put into this video, thank you
I totally agree with you, fellow shipper. I was so scared of seeing Guy's new life but I was ALMOST ENTIRELY SURE that we'd get many Sam and Guy moments like we did in season 1 but no!!! Yes, it's all so forced and add and it feels like this real evolution will never teach our society. Always the same shit. I don't think they even care about LGBT shipping. They just use those hits as a bait for us and they keep the straight shipping canon so the general audience won't get mad.

The creators simply catapulted Michelle between the main characters and even inserted a child in the middle trying to undermine and bury the main ship, but it didn't work completely, because now we have the ship of Sam x Guy with the current ship. The series lost its magic in the second season and here we are discussing it.

when i first watch the series, just remember straight up not liking her and i always thought she was just.. odd and kinda bad don’t get me wrong, she’s not a awful character but i remember she spend arguing with guy like i get that she doesn’t trust him and all that stuff but she constantly judges and makes remarks from the moment she even met guy but i feel like guy should’ve stayed single if they weren’t gonna make guy/sam canon which is fair because well.. it’s a kid show
i just think sam is better love interest or friend to guy because one) no matter how guy views himself as “not good enough” or “that he hates inventing”, sam is always there to remind him that guy loves inventing and he knows that guy actually loves inventing deep down because well.. it’s his passion and 2) he doesn’t make any remarks or belittling him in sort of way, he builds guy’s confidence up and making himself good and that he loves what’s he doing
Michelle on the other hand is just insufferable because well.. she clearly doesn’t like what guy is doing because it’s considered “dangerous” and the reason why guy says he “hates” inventing is because well due to obvious reasons lol and that one part where guy checks on what’s going on the animals and not EVEN ONE MOMENT, MICHELLE STRAIGHT UP ACCUSING OF GUY WHEN HE DIDN’T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING and called him that’s he’s a liar and that SHES THE ONE BEING MANIPULATE BY GUY- 💀 like dude you’re the one constantly beating him down and that part where guy feels safe by her has to be a lie because they didn’t spend together now if they did if michelle wasn’t being a bitch then i would get it but line does NOT MAKE ANY FUCKING SENSE

I feel like a handful of writers just think a main character *has* to have a love interest or end up in a relationship. While I do like Sam and Guy, Guy didn't really have to end up with anyone! Being single is perfectly okay

I enjoyed the Second Serving, minus Guy and Michelle being married. Guy SO should’ve ended up with Sam! Those two have better chemistry together, and I can sense Sam may have romantic feelings for Guy.

I would have hated the sam×guy, they're just best friends...why are all best friends are shiped? for me there is no chemistry between them, but well, everyone has their opinion after all.
I found that Guy and Sam had far better chemistry than Guy did with Michellee. It also just felt more natural and better for the both of them. I can almost guarantee you'd be in support of Guy and Sam if it were straight.
@iamtoychica4302 Whether or not they're "basically brothers" is subjective. I found their relationship far too flirtatious on Sam's side and romantically-coded in general for that.
Also, how do you know Guy isn't gay? Nothing's been confirmed. Besides, he could be bi, and in that case he could very well love Sam.

Haha, same boat. Not to mention that Guy and Michellee's baby seemed to be an oppsie, since Guy was totally surprised. My parents had to resort to in--vitro and cesarean because my mother couldn't get pregnant, and it still didn't work between them. So imagine with accident kid...
So yeah, having a kid with someone doesn't make a relationship healthy or long lasting. Almost anyone can shit out kids and with anyone, it's not a symbol of "purity" or "true love" in my opinion.
