Somewhere out there is a tourist who still can't figure out why the audience was applauding like mad, quoting every line, singing along, and generally losing their minds during this particular show.
spaceye XD true
Quite the final performance. They really performed beyond their best here. Like, more than they have the past few times I've been there. I will miss this particular version of this show and I cannot wait for its return.
Awesome final show! Loved the crowd's enthusiasm. Actually brought a tear to my eye.
That man playing Kiume was there for 15 years!
Thanks for recording the final performance of this amazing Show.
It's worth the entrance fee to the park just to see this show.
This show has been awesome every time we have seen it. There are 2 or 3 different males for the lead roll, but this guy is the best in my opinion. The energy always seems to be kicked up when he is there. We saw the show a couple of years ago with this lead man and they were goofy and having fun as well. Not as much as this one, but still, it was great. Always a great show.
I have seen that show 20+ times and it is just as good and fun for the audience as the first time you see it. Wonderful show!!
Anybody that says performers dont feed off an audience has clearly never seen this video.
I was performing I this show and I can tell you it was electric!
@@Samirella and as always you were great!
Still have the mustang?!?!
30:21 I absolutely LOVE this part. just energizes the moment!!!
Funny......I remember working at animal kingdom in the college program and I was one of the park information staff.....and I was walking by and I literally heard the audience from outside......it was louder than when I work hockey games and the crowd gets loud.....yes you heard it from me.....
God I miss this!!
Can't wait for the changes and see what's new
I would have loved to have been at this performance this cast was amazing I don’t think any of these performances are there anymore
Look how enthusiasm the crowd are when the animal kingdoms Mickey and Minnie camp was closing before shifting the lion king show away from this location
I appreciate everyone wanting to show support for the show and performers, since it was the final performance in the original theater... but the constant screaming and yelling actually makes it really difficult to actually enjoy the performance itself! I'll never understand people that don't take others around them into consideration in a situation like this.
That was the best final performance to bad I'm in Indiana and not in Orlando so I can watch the guy with the fire I like his moves but I think he is soamon
Looks and sounds like the audience was having a REALLY good time! 😉👏👍👌
This show will never get old. I still get so excited cause I remember going to Disney world just to see this a lot. I love the lion king. A lot of people were so hyped when I’m watching this lol. And my friend was there on that day too
This is has been my favorite attraction in all of WDW since I got to see it in 1998 for cast member previews... so before the park opened to the public. Cant wait to see the show's new 'home'
Still the best show at Disney. the new venue is really nice, similar to theater in the Camp but better. can't wait to see in the New Year2017 🦁💛♥️
Wow that audience was lively!!! would have loved to be there hahah hope this show returns in 2021 I miss it too much:)
The guests that had no clue what this particular show was had no clue what they were stepping into lol. Half the crowd was current and past performers and we were ready to bring the roof down.
The baby was there for the final show ever! Cuz camp Minnie mickey’s closing for Pandora the world of Avatar
I'll miss that show
Jessi Gottlieb they moved it...
Jessi Gottlieb Haha
Its not gone
Trying to find the musical hosted by Timon. Help?
I miss camp Minnie Mickey
I wonder how the regular tourists felt going to this showing not knowing it was the last show...
I managed to keep my composure at home but I'm sure I would've been in tears had I been there as this show is my favorite out of all the theme park shows.
I went to Animal Kingdom for the first time a month after it opened back in 1998 when I was 5 and this was one of the shows my parents took me to. I loved the atmosphere of this show and I was one of the kids that got picked to go out and dance! Ever since then, FOTLK has had a very special place in my heart as well as all of Camp Minnie-Mickey and I'm very sad to see that area go. I'm looking forward to seeing the show when it comes back in 6 months!
I was picked a while about about in 2013 when I was 8, one of my best memories ever. It hold a special place forever in my memories. If I ever have kids when I’m older I hope they can experience the same thing.
Nice video of the day.❤🎉. 0:29 .
Will this show be at Animal kingdom in June this year last time I went to this when I was 11 in 2002 I loved this I love Lion king.
well june is 6 months soo yep :P
Thanks for telling me. I hope to see it then
show is full of energy Sorry to see it end
it's not ending it's being relocated
Don't worry! It's coming back :) They've built a new theater for it in the Africa area of Animal Kingdom and are moving it there. It's only closed until approximately June while the theater is finished and they can move everything
Even got kids there for the last show ever
People should take others around them into consideration!
As someone had mentioned before, it was a lot of people's final performance and there were a lot of people in the crowd who were there to show their support. What better way to send off an energy-packed show than with an energy-packed crowd? Also, anytime a show opens or closes at the resort, it's like this. This is how fellow performers show their love and support and there's nothing wrong with that.

Has the show closed for good? Or for a referb?
They are just moving it to the Africa area of the park because Camp Minnie Mickey is going to replaced by AVATARland. They have a new theater built for it in Africa and it's going to re open there in June/July
ok>>>> I stand corrected
Donald Duck And Goofy Said?
Great video but the audience kinda ruined it.
I rather go to Musical
I hated this then and I still hate this now.
Wow. I guess you hate The Lion King, Which is crazy. Oh, and Just to bust your bubble, This is the final performance as they go on a 6-month hiatus to move their theatre to the Africa Section of the Park. Camp Minnie-Mickey is closing and being replaced by Avatarland. The show will be back in soon to amazing audiences again! LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my favorite shows at WDW.
How tragic that you had to search for a video of this show JUST TO TELL US THAT.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.
You're talking about yourself, right? Because you're completely full of rubbish
