Tough call on which bike to go to next for Tate. You will make the best decision, whatever it is. Thanks for taking us along Down Under with the family 🤳✈️🦘🇦🇺🌏✈️🇺🇸🏡
I wore a mouthguard after knocking myself silly a couple of times! Tether it to the mouthpiece and you never forget it. Tate looks like he can overpower the 85 everywhere except the start. It's big bike decision time 👏 and good luck this weekend Tate. Ride smart kiddo, sounds like your trophy will be a 125 or 250F.
yea good luck to both tate and kiah you can notice they are both growing in statue and will be intresting to watch there future races on here as they both look like they have improved.
I would say 250f, but if you are questioning means you see something and you should stick with that to be safe. Just consider the 125 a quick step to a 250f.
Let him develop that instinct & race aggression from 125CC, 250 power will make you drunk, we knw wht whiskey can do when riding…… Keep in mind end result becoming a pro all previous champs Rhode 125’s
Tate does not need to be on a 250f I’m no pro or even have the experience that of chads however you can visibly see that tate is no where near his ceiling on a mini bike
I’m sorry but if Chad reed thinks his kid is ready for a 250f or he’ll even a 450 I completely trust his judgement and no one should have anything to say about it. He has forgotten more about racing than most of us will ever know. I can tell you right now that if Tate raced some local events around my area on his 85 he would smoke every adult in the B class. So he is definitely ready for a big bike
Or aka “Wringing it’s neck” he’s not on the edge of blowing his top end like Stewart 4 top ends a week, he’s not at the point of trying to squeeze all the Hp out of the bike aka “wringing it’s neck”
so the guy commenting on his youtube prolly knows better than his own dad whos trained him for years and knows him inside and out, and is also one of the best to ever do it? sure…………
Anyone who’s tries to tell a pro rider his own business on how to train his own kids is pure ignorant….tell it to the lappers buddy they will take your advice….. they all have his blood in them & they have more talent and grit than you know…..
I can’t understand why pace doesn’t ride. He seems to be such a talented kid no disrespect, but Tate can barely ride a mini you put them on a 250 would be totally crazy, but he’s your kid

I can’t believe how much the kids have grown and how much they’ve matured as riders👍.
totally agree with you chad and tates transition will be second to none
I’d like to see both kids on 125’s. Throttle, traction control, clutch. “Inch perfect”
Good luck Tate! Keep it smooth 😉🤟

Looking forward to getting some of that merchandise

They are both looking back in the saddle again!!
Chad; t'est un véritable expert !*

Good luck for Melbourne and put them elbows out dont get push around.
Two stroke 125s make riding easier. If you master a 125 every other bike is easier to ride
Great concent. Mini Os next year????
Test day? Bring out a 125 and a 250 run some laps, you'll know. Be a fun vid but Chad has to test them too. 😂🤙🏁
Come to Sydney next time!
Are Tate Kiah going on 250 four strokes or doing 125-150 2 strokes?
Just get Tate a yz125 or yz250 2 stroke
🤙🏼
Tate needs to go straight to a 250. Look at Getz he’s 14 and probably slightly smaller than Tate and running top 5 in 250/450
Pro sport.
whos Getz?
Tate should rock a 125cc for 3-6 months and gain a bit of riding muscle then rock a 250cc. Him on a 125cc might make for good content
thats a good take
Go 250f. Messing with the 125s is pointless anymore.
Stick to 2 strokes unless your really racing competitively all the time plus 2 strokes are just easier to work on and less expensive for parts
How do you feel about KTM b3ing an over priced Chinese brand?
You must not realize that every Japanese brand uses china as well. Do your homework before you sound like a idiot on here for the whole world to see
Is it weight or age that decides class?
Age
@@blayderosenberger4271 - That seems silly.
Thx for the reply!
Seriously??😂

125 is a waste of time these days
Tate needs a yz125 or yz250 2 stroke or ktm husky gas gas 150 or 300 for a big bike
I think a 125 is a very important part of the transition and learning curve. It's also where you learn proper clutch technique.
so u think just because he jumps to a 250 means he’s more likely gonna have improper clutch technique?
@@blackout12118 No. I think he won't have as good of a clutch technique.
Those fingernails are not healthy.😂

Tate is awesome on a 85. I put 10k on it that he smokes you anywhere anytime
@@jeffdacey4673foreal. guy probably never raced or if he did he’s totally delirious and washed up
