I've been consistently listening to this subliminal for probably about two weeks by now? I've already felt a connection to the heartbeat method, and this eases the stress I sometimes have about falling asleep during a method.

@@BombshellAlesia I have yet shift but am still trying consistently! I think the problem is guided meditations just don’t work for me :( it’s hard to let go of them but I’m going to try again tonight without one💓

I love it! I’ve been loosing motivation with this method and most guided meditations don’t work for me. I’ve used your Alice in Wonderland Method before but I then got into the lucid dreaming method. So glad you made this! ❤

33:33 are my numbers I see every where. This must be a sign
I didn't shift but got some excellent sleep and didn't wake up during the night, which is something I struggle with.
