That's what I like with this sort of video. No theatrics, no horrible music, just the noise of the machinery to put things back together.
Thankyou. I think it is best as natural as possible, even the mistakes glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for the comment
I have one of these that was passed down to me from my grandfather through my dad to me. It's currently hanging on my workbench. I've always wondered about it's history and now I know. It's going to my grandson with a little bit of history.
Many thanks for the comment. The wrench was purchased by my brother in law at a market in Spain. I found it slightly strange that an American wrench would of been sold in spain so many years ago but maybe so. it certainly deserved to be restored
Prístina, detallada, una restauración en verdad muy fina. Felicitaciones 😊
Muchas gracias
Such a lovely tool! Nice work!
Many thanks glad you liked it
All of my mothers relatives used these wrenches. The family was located about 50 miles from Worcester, MA. I acquired two from an Uncle that passed about 40 yrs ago. Perhaps I'll try to revive them. Thank you. Narragansett Bay.
Your welcome and thanks for the comment. My brother in law found the wrench at a fair in Spain and thoughtfully gave it to me for one of my restoration projects. They must of had a good sales and distribution system all those years ago. Good luck with restoring the wrench

Woot woot - all aboard! This is the 'new style' restoration genere. Slow it down if it's too fast for you.
Many thanks. Glad you enjoyed the video
I really admire the skill to take something like this and remanufacture it. But to my taste the restoration goes to far and strips not only the rust and grime but also the history of the tool encapsulated in its patina, scars and wear.
Mark. You are of course right and all this stuff is a bit new to me. Thanks for the comment it is appreciated
Have you seen the youtube video of the first land rover. To cut a long story it was found in scotland and sold at auction
A well known guy bought it and spent a fortune restoring it for 2 years. It looked like a beaten up farmers car but thats how he wanted it
I like that as well and respect
Thanks for the kind comment
