Matteo Spagnolo is NICE! The 16 year old plays for Real Madrid's junior team and has ALL the moves! Three-pointers? Check. Good passer? Check. Creative finisher around the rim? YESSIRR
Matteo's game kinda reminds me of Manu Ginobili since they're both crafty in the paint but have the knockdown three-pointer too. They also both have the ball on a string and make defenders DIZZY!

If you guys know anything about high school/aau level in the states you would know that his skills are possessed by 1000’s of other players his age or even younger. He’s definitely talented but comparing him to American/ Canadian players is just not fair. And to the people talking about the World Cup let’s please acknowledge the fact that the best American players were not playing🤦🏾♂️
You are right but remember the Luka Doncic phenomenon. He came to the NBA ready to ball because he was playing against men in the EuroLeague. College players will not get that chance unless they get to the NBA.
The Euroleague is ranking second after the NBA league. NCAA is now left behind Europe.

@@ermannosorricchiodivalfort4905 nono in America il basket è un altro mondo. Più dinamico, vedono traiettorie di passaggio impossibili e lavorano fin da subito sul ball handling. Prova a paragonare partite liceali americane agli under europei... non c’è storia. Ma è un po’ come se tu paragonassi il nostro calcio al loro, semplicemente culture diverse.

Yo no le veo nivel para la NBA, conoci enmi juventud a un prodigioso jugador en Mexico, cuyo nivel nunca vi en niveles fuera de la NBA, con salto prodigioso y una tecnica de manejo de balon a dos manos y con ambos perfiles y un potencia para el pase y visión de juego que este chaval se lo envidiaría. hay muchos, muchos mejores jugadores a nivel colegial en USA e incluso a niveles amateur que este chaval.

Ser bueno en Mexico no es lo mismo q ser bueno en el Real Madrid. No tiene mucho sentido lo que dices en tu comentario.
1) si de verdad fuera así, ese chaval de Mexico estaría en la NBA o jugando a un nivel muy alto en Europa (ahora mismo Mexico no tiene a ningún prospect conocido así que me parece raro que haya un jugador tan bueno y que no se hable de él)
2) en EEUU si no juegas en la NBA o Gleague eres amateur, y es obvio que en su posición hayan jugadores mejores de su edad (muy pocos), pero más jóvenes? Quizás Dior Johnson y alguno más pero ya está. He jugado en EEUU y el nivel Del Real Madrid u18 sigue siendo muy alto. Esto lo sé porque he jugado tanto en españa como en EEUU a un nivel bastante competitivo. El chaval ahora sigue siendo un junior y es cuestión de tiempo para cuando va a llegar en la NBA (a no ser que se lesione). En dos o tres años este chaval está en la NBA y a lo mejor titular en el futuro.
