looking back Sakura had some bad moments, but she for some reason was one of my favorite character due to her inner monologue, and how down bad she was for that man

OG Naruto filler is completely skippable with ONE exception - Episode 101 - please don't miss it! When you get to Shippuden there is some filler worth watching, so you might want to get opinions on an arc by arc basis when you get to those. But yeah skip the Naruto filler apart from 101!!

PLEASE PLEASE REACT TO EPISODES 97 AND 102 - 106 AND 136-140. The other filler episodes in the 1st half are totally a waste of time. But I promise those episodes are worth it. There are even some brief scenes where the filler I mentioned is refferenced and it fleshes out the characters more! I understand someone as popular as you may not have time to read all the comments from someone like me much less listen to my requests but if by any chance you see this I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT!
But you absolutely right about skipping the episodes 26 and 101. There is litterally a meme of them being the worst episodes ever.

@@rjai5003 It is supposed to be funny and it is. I tottally see why a lot of people love it for making them laugh. But I also see why other people hate it for making them cringe. The one thing about the episode that I absolutely love is that people finally bring up a certain question. It is a real elephant in the room that even I never gave serious thought to until this episode. But yes that COULD be a really good episode depending on your opinion.

I am glad you are using the same filler guide I had. It is useful. Some filler is fine but all depends on the canon story or how many times it repeats certain scenes which get super annoying at times. Also to play devils advocate for Sakura. Yeah, she does things that do make it harder on everyone and tries her best but self sabotages herself, it also made her be the healer of the group and in time she does change. That is all i will say without spoilers. I hate Sakura but she is not useless, just horny and young and a bit naive. She does figure out the brainy stuff too kind of but that is all

I'm not against skipping filler (or doing a little compilation) since the majority of it is pretty mediocre. However, there are a couple of filler arcs in the later half of Shippuden that I believe are worth reacting to. A couple in particular are actually insanely good.
Alot of the filler was during Japans Tsunami, they wanted to keep fans happy and distracted during the crisis.

i think that's the filler list that lists 451-458 as filler, but list the other light novels after the end of the manga as canon, which ended around 660 or 670, and then the rest was light novel material.
It may have in the past (because I know the list has been changed before), but this list does not currently consider 451-458 to be filler. Its mixed.

we back! you love to see it! :) also dont trust that website its not legit just ignore it all the episodes are canon, the creators made them for a good reason :) there are only 2 recaps in the series which you can check out if you feel like it would be helpful :) its cool how this episode really gave us more insight into this whole situation, why this mission is important, where our guys really are, now it all feels more significant :) Inari's backstory was really emotional but also inspirational, they did a great job there :) now everybody hates Gato with a passion :D feels great watching this with you, much love :)
Yeah the reason is that they were making money so they could milk the series by putting in a bunch of bs that was never intended to be there lmao. The ACTUAL creator, didn’t write or intend for almost any filler to exist, so no, they are not cannon.
@@skinnymelo the creator, Kishimoto, literally worked on the show as well and provided material for those extra episodes, he wanted them there, you can search it in his interviews where he talks about their collaboration, plus he helped work on the movies and light novels and all sorts of extra material, some of it is stated to not be canon ofc, also its standard procedure that the mangaka approves of what the adaptation does thats part of the process, if its in the show its canon unless they state otherwise, first check your facts then talk, thank you :)
@@kampinak The filler that Kishi worked on are not labeled filler, they're labeled anime cannon and you can count how many of them there are with only two hands. Telling people to check their facts as you spread misinformation and have no clue what you're talking about is hilarious. The episodes Kishi worked on that are storyboarded from something not in the manga or a novel, are 1 episode in the Akatsuki Suppression Arc, Itachi Shinden, and a few episodes spread out during the first 1/3 of the War Arc. None of those are even close to the episodes aired in OG Naruto. And 10 episodes he worked on that were announced as a product of his collaboration, doesn't mean the other 300 filler episodes are cannon lmao bffr. Also, it's not a "standard process" for mangakas to approve anything because there are countless adaptations that completely butcher the source material and get scorned by the author and fans alike, you don’t know what you're talking about.
@@skinnymelo I can easily fact check you just give me your socials, something where we can talk, I can show you legit information because the only one lying here is you :) Kishimoto worked on the show as well and provided them with ideas he said so himself you can find it easily, it is standard procedure for authors to work on the adaptation, the adaptation is not obliged to follow the source material to the detail, they can do their thing its their right, canon is not simply decided based on what somebody originally did that whole problematic is much more complex, you can cry about Disney Star Wars not being canon because it goes against what Lucas did but they go the rights to it so its their call and fans cant do anything about it, anime can make canon whatever it wants thats a fact, anime and manga are 2 completely different mediums and different worlds its utter nonsense putting them together, you can make comparisons for fun thats about it, as somebody with 20 years of experience in the industry I know quite a bit about what Im saying so if you want to get schooled be my guest I have done it a million times cause people cant be bothered checking legit sources of information :) Earth is also not flat btw :D

Naruto is a franchise that is not owned by any studio or company, it’s owned by Kishimoto point blank period. You quite literally contradicted yourself in a span of 3 comments by first saying Kishi worked on the fillers so it’s cannon, then saying standard process is to work with the author on the anime, and then saying cannon isn’t determined by an author’s say so if the studio decided to completely change elements of the story to fit their own vision it wouldn’t matter. Make up your mind lmao. Fillers exist because Naruto was a weekly manga and rather than catching up to the source material and having to go on hiatus, they could milk the franchise for money by making episodes of Naruto fighting ninja ostriches and participating in a try not to laugh challenge. Get serious. The same concept of what filler is exists through every series that has it in this entire medium, it isn’t exclusive to how someone would only label Naruto episodes. If everything filler was cannon, the authors of series that are plagued with filler wouldn’t make comments about anime original episodes that they worked on to make a point of them contributing to the story and being considered part of the cannon. Idc what industry you worked in, there are legitimate authors who have their work published in the industry we’re talking about that have explained what filler is, ragged on it, and explained what to consider cannon. Take the Gintama mangaka and the studio, they quite literally explain what filler is, why it exists, and what is to be considered filler and it fits the same definition as what people label filler for any other series like Naruto. What source do you want? Kishi telling people not to watch Naruto cook off challenges and that it doesn’t contribute to character or plot expansion at all? He would’ve assumed his audience had some common sense and rather than delude themselves like you are right now, they would know what he writes or oversees is what is cannon. I don’t know who you think Kishimoto is, he isn’t Superman, he didn’t write and draw a series weekly for 15 years, write additional novels, spin off chapters, data books, participate in interviews, manage the finances of his IP, and involve himself in other common practices expected of a famous artist/author all while overseeing a weekly anime production with a staff who storyboarded for the fillers. An author has absolutely nothing to do with the idea of adding fillers to a series, when he wanted to expand on content with anime cannon, he explicitly stated it at the end of his chapters to be on the lookout for anime original productions that he’s involved in like movies and the 10 out of 300 episodes I listed before. You obviously don’t have as much of an idea of the industry as you think you do cause you keep flip flopping on who you think has jurisdiction on what. Filler is filler and will always be filler, which is why nothing mentioned in filler is mentioned ever again, cope.
