Doing plank with elbow on the ground use to hurt my back with just a little bit of flexion in the back(First reason). So, I started doing straight arm planks and side planks, this modification helped me a lot. Secondly , you are helping me a lot brother stay blessed 🤜🤛.

That is a solid modification! Also think more dragging the toes and elbows together that will make you shake!
