You are a lifesaver dude, I recently got really down bc I’m 22 and started working a desk job where I sit for at least 8 hours a day and I’m coming from a really active lifestyle. These tips are helping me find a healthy lifestyle with work that I have not had since I started.

Sir I appreciate you so so much. Just what I needed to hear, specially point #4.
Man, you hit the nail in the head with this information. I also used to work 16 hour days with 3 ruptured disc. The mental burden didn’t go away and I needs to be released with positive thinking and positive emotions

Great video! This one was HUGE for me: sit with both feet flat on the ground. I used to have quite a high working desk, so when sitting on a chair, my legs were kind of hanging down and just barely touching the ground, which probably somehow aggrevated the nerve compression (so when I stood up again, I could barely walk, feeling a sharp pain, usually in one of my legs). Then I lowered my desk and my chair and it is OK. Btw. Your fitness tips are the first truly helpful thing after (a year of) searching on the internet how to fight my leg/lower-back/sciatic pain. I was even able to get back to leg workouts pain-free :).

I absolutely love your mindset. I once thought this way (prior to 1st surgery and 2nd herniated disc). Thank you for reminding me. I begin today to revert back to this mindset. I have subscribed and look forward to watching ALL your videos!

Hi 👋, I’ve bought your core essentials program and followed it religiously, sets, reps everything. It was definitely a turning point for me. Thank you 🙏🏼
I now do a combination of your exercise and Ben Patrick’s ( KOT guy) because I tried a lot of different exercises stretching etc but it wasn’t until I found your program that actually saw results and felt relief.
And that allowed me the confidence and strength to move into KOT guy exercises as well.
These two programs now used together are working for me. I am not fully pain free yet but through watching your videos and reading your emails everyday I am definitely feeling hope and 100% improving every week.
Please please please if you have chronic back pain you must look into Fitness 4 back pain. My physio therapist 100% said yes keep doing his programs.
The best investment for your back is Fitness 4 Back Pain.
    Guaranteed!!
    Thank you 🙏🏼

I’ve had spinal fusion surgery. L-4-5-S-1. I played international tennis all my life. Ruptured my disc in 2005. Had dissecting in 2007, and fusion in 2013 and 2014 because the first time didn’t fully fuse. It seems like I am doomed. I am very uncomfortable with these limitations. I am 100% disabled from bending and twisting in that area. My new reality is not what I expected or wanted to be. I was an athlete and now I’m unhappy. How will I ever be happy again. I know I shouldn’t complain, because some people are in a wheel chair and will never walk again...
let me just say I wish I had heard this perspective a long time ago. I didn’t feel like I had other options. I only hope that you can help others avoid surgery. Surgery is a lie, because you think you will be healed but you won’t. Life will forever be different. Always believe that healing naturally is possible. I wish I had known then what I know now.

Thanks for your video. One of the best things I've done is to not think doom and gloom thoughts. There are times when I'm on my computer and I'm pain free, and it's only when I realize I'm pain free, the pain slowly starts coming back lol
Breathing is really good - I've been doing the Wim Hof breathing method for the past two years and it's helped mightily.
Learning to manage stress is the biggest game changer - this is where breathing and thinking positively helps. Stop worrying about the past and the future. Just shut up, and think good, wholesome thoughts. Consciously speak out good things that will happen to you and this in turn feeds into your subconscious and back again into your conscious mind.
I know it sounds corny but it helps. Also, do journaling. Get rid of all the pent up, repressed emotions. Especially anger. Get it out of your system. Journal that crap away.
The best is yet to come :)
