So I had just Jack and he sang a few songs and then I got Sally and plugged her in and Jack doesn’t sing the songs he sang before. Do you know if I want to hear those songs, do I just need to unplug Sally? Or is there another way. There is no instructions for this anywhere.

That is strange! Are the back cords plugged in all of the way? If so, and it’s still not working, take them back to your Hallmark. I would just say that I don’t have my receipt. But if they don’t have them, you could try Hallmark’s customer service. It definitely sounds like a faulty ornament.
