My blame goes to MPs and Gen Zs at large. After ammendments hio bill ilikuwa sawa, but the public were not patient to understand (Did they even know ama wanahitaji kupause hasira?). On the other hand hii bill inafaa kuwa inakuja kama April ndo kuwe na time ya kutosha ya kuelewana. MPs hufanya kazi kivyao na hao ndo wamefanya tusielewe vitu zingine. Lakini sasa tuko papa kwa hapa na wao, next year tutakuwa tunaifuta immediately wameshaiprint. Yote tisa kumi ni kwamba finance bill imekuwa channel ya kuexpress all the anger people have with Kenya's culture of governance and economic challenges.
So the bill had its good sides too.
