Hey man. You need to buy both the Powertronic ECU and Quickshifter. Then, install the entire powertronic wiring harness. The harness has slots for both ECU and Quickshifter. After the wiring is done, you can connect the ECU and Quickshifter. Both are plug and play system.
@@BISONBHARGAVA ill be definitely going for it soon..!! I was confused between quick shifter. or the full system exhaust which one to go first in your opinion??
Awesome 👍🏼😎👍🏼 Quickshifter or Full system exhaust would depend on your preference man. Full system exhaust (along with free flow air filter and a dyno tune) will give your motorcycle more power with added weight reduction. So, your motorcycle wil be significantly faster. Quickshifter on the other hand will make each and every gear shift enjoyable.! And also provide an increase in acceleration due to reduced shift times. So, it's up to you man. If you feel that the performance of your Duke 200 is satisfactory at the moment and you want to make it a bit more exciting, you could go for the quickshifter. If you want considerably more performance, then go for a full system exhaust. I personally would go for quickshifter (and I have already! Ha ha!).
Hey man. If you want the Powertronic Quickshifter, you need to buy their ECU as well. Powertronics does not have a standalone quickshifter yet. The quickshifter is controlled and run via the Powertronic ECU itself. Now, you mentioned 'another side' in your comment. Are you referring to GP shift (1 up and 5 down) pattern by any chance?
Hey man. I've hit 152 Kmph. I would've gone further, but the road suddenly went bad and upset the motorcycle causing wobble. Note that I weigh a hefty 85 Kilos. As for the torque of the motorcycle, I haven't ridden Duke or RC 200. So, I can't compare. RS with Powertronic is all about mid to top end power.
Hey man. You can buy the ECU and Quickshifter online via the www.powertronicecu.com or visit their office/workshop and buy them as well as get it installed at the workshop directly (if you reside in bengaluru). You can contact them via Instagram and fix an appointment to get the products installed on your motorcycle. Hope this helps. Cheers

@@BISONBHARGAVA I have done 147 Kmph @11,000 RPM Just wanted to know what is top speed with PowerTronics if we are spending 18000 for just ECU an extra 13000 for quick shifter
I've hit 152 Kmph @11,000 Rpm with the Powertronic ECU and Quickshifter. So, there is very noticeable gain in top end performance. I believe it will cross 152 Kmph easily if I shift each gear at around 11,000 Rpm (and also if wind flow direction is in my favour). What I required was good throttle control and the ability to reach cruising speeds quickly. Both top end power (from 6000 Rpm till redline) and quickshifter worked well for that purpose. Also, note that I weigh around 80 Kilos. My weight affects the acceleration and increases the time taken to reach top speed as the drag due to my size increases as the speed rises. So, it should be even faster with a lighter rider.
@@BISONBHARGAVA waiting for your top speed video It will be very useful video for me as I'm thinking to upgrade my bike ECU Or upgrade to higher cc bike like KTM RC390 Coz my bike Pulsar RS200 bike value right now is around 90000 and if I m installing full ECU pakage which will cost me around 33000 and after it if I am going to get top speed around 152 to 160 It's better for me to buy KTM RC 390 2016 model in 120000
Hey man. I don't do top speed runs often. 152 Kmph is already high enough for a me. I focus on acceleration in and around corners, that's what I like! If top speed is your priority, you should definitely upgrade to RC390. No amount of performance upgrades to the RS 200 will offset the almost 200 of cubic capacity difference from the RC390. RC390 goes past 160 Kmph in stock form easily, especially older gen versions. RS would need a full system exhaust, free flow air filter and ECU tune to make sure that the engine isn't stressed at speeds beyond 155 kmph. So, instead of upgrading the RS, you could go for the RC (provided you get a good bike with proper service history)
I've been rev matching during downshifts for the past 10 years of riding. So, I'm used to it and manage to not lock the rear tyre during downshifts. However, RS gearbox is possibly the worst I've seen on a motorcycle. The gear shifts are smooth, but the gear ratios are way too short. So, it took me a long while to adjust to the downshifts. Still not 100% perfect.
Quickshifter and Slipper Clutch are two different technologies man. Quickshifter works for upshifts and Slipper Clutch works for downshifts. They serve totally different purposes.
