A very interesting way of making cork clutch spacers for a Czechoslovak Jawa motorcycle.
The use of appropriate glue and the precision of making the plugs placed inside the disc tiles are of great importance.
If you could get a precise punch for these plugs, you could dispense with gluing.
A useful idea that needs to be tested (!).

Good morning. The slats should not be made of crushed cork, but of solid cork. The shape of an individual window is cut out of the cork, the cork is boiled in water until it softens and then pressed into the hole. After that, the lamella is ground on a lathe or by hand on a flat board. But all parts are still for sale, including the clutch plates. 1 piece of lamella is around 3 euros
