  • In this video I walk you through how I make a small backdrop and demonstrate how I shoot with it and provide some tips and tricks. As a brand photographer I also capture product photography for my clients. I have an upcoming photo shoot where I'll need to capture a flat lay and decided to create my own backdrop for the on-location shoot. Please let me know if you are interested in seeing more videos with product photography and different backgrounds. Thank you for stopping by!

You did such a good job at putting this together. Plus,
not everyone has $80.00 per board to buy a put together backdrop system.

Happy it helped. I'm working on a similar video but with a larger size backdrop. Stay tuned!

This is Excellent!!! Thank you so much! This is the first video I've seen of this. Do you have any tips for making larger ones for self photos?

This is a good idea. I like to stand my products up & would like to have a backdrop behind them. What do you suggest for keeping the board upright while one is below it?

If you are using a large door for natural light you can stand the board up and lean it against the door frame. If you don’t have that option you can grab a stack of books and place it behind the board standing up. I hope this helps!

Very useful! Save a lof of money this way :D the pre-made ones online would cost 50-100$!

How can you attach the white boards to the background board?
