I think it's a "gitano" guitar stand, it's mostly used by classical guitarists (to get rid of the footstool which can be uncomfortable and not practicle, and still keep the same angle of the guitar and the neck) Antoine plays a lot of classical guitar (he's so good at it too... ) I guess he's blending some aspects from both worlds (classical/gyspy) that suit him and develop his own way to play... this guitar-neck position is a more classical guitar school tradition, can be really comfy for the shoulders and the back => you play longer.
