I’ve never even written a comment on TH-cam before. But I feel like this place is as safe as it gets. For whoever reads it, things do get better. I’m just a 16 year old boy, but I’ve learned time only continues to pass and that means that any pain you have now will fade, any new pain you experience will eventually go away. So make the most of it. Don’t constantly believe you are hurt because then you can’t see beautiful things in our world. Yes, there is violence, hate, oppression, sadness, anger, and so much more. But the world has beautiful things to offer, it has love, happiness, laughter, care, tenderness, and a million more things that make life worth living. So whatever pain you might be going through, whatever bad thing you think of about this world. It will always get better, just be a kind person, and kindness will come back to you.
I love making new friends, I always try to help people. I doubt people will read this actually. But I want to put it out there, maybe add some good to the world. Sleep well

Just so you know I’ve been listening to this every night for 3 years now. And I mean absolutely no joke, EVERY night. You have no clue how much anxiety and restless sleeps this has fended away. I cant go a single night without this playing. You’ve truly affected my life 😭

My son and daughter and I have fallen asleep to this music since it was only 6 months on TH-cam. Now it's years later and millions of views. As a kid the only friends I had were my closest family and the friends I dreamt about .... You don't know me but I have a social disorder that makes it hard for me to interact with people sometimes ... I consistently feel like an outcast and I'm ok with that now ... I cry every now and again but that's ok ... I still long for the friends who I played with in my dreams when we'd meet in that forest to play every night ... That was always the dream I had every night ... Over time I learned there names and then seeing as we all were getting older some of them started to leave until I was alone again ... When i traveled back to Philippine when i was 14 years old i had no friends that i could talk to, but as i waited patiently and attended some event at my home town where my grandparents lived, and during those event i meet my best friend a person that has change my life and made my life a lot brighter.

When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows. We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles. We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children. I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.
I live that moment i just feel back to my child life

I used to come here during my depression days. I have seen and went through the worst. What helped me the most was prayers and stoicism philosophy. When in doubt, pray. And do go through stoicism quotes. They help you gain control over your mind.Exercise control over your mind. One of my favourite quotes is Look well into thyself, there is a source of strength which will always spring up when you look.
Things do get better. Trust me.
