I feel as a customer, it's easy to take for granted effort and skill from the chefs. A similar video in your own restaurant would be interesting to see, as your own food looks incredible.

wow when I lived in England I ate plenty of turkish food, but all at little mom and pop shops, This place is HUGE, and it looks great and if you say its the best Latif, then I have to believe it.

as a turkish follower who is interested in BIR curry food all the time, and having made home made sheek kebabs with home made mint sauce and mix of ketchup and chilli sauce and home made naan bread over the weekend for my birthday treat, i appreciate you going to a turkish restaurant. Turkish people are not used to having cameras behind the kitchen they just want to get on with work, hence why they may have came across a-bit cold shouldered but really they are thinking i need to work.
I've been waiting for you to do a review of Turkish food. Have you thought about doing a Persian place at some point? I had a Persian Torsh kebab earlier tonight, and what you said about kebabs in general made me appreciate their presentation all the more.
Wow, what a huge place, looks clean as well. Just one observation, the staff could do with a injection of social interaction. Seemed to be a bit camera shy, Wonder why?
I think it’s the chefs being focused on cooking the food at a high standard. As you can see the attention to detail is fantastic great for the customers.
I just love it when anyone who cooks respects the ingredients.
