Does it track sleep?
Yes, it tracks sleep efficiency and quality by measuring light and deep sleep duration. Also it tracks how many times you wake up in the night. It gives score out of 100 based on these metrics in the QRing app. Hope it helps ;)

does it sync with the apple fitness app just like an apple watch would?
No, it does not sync fitness app. It does have option to sync it with health app.
Just wondering, what's your ring size x finger measurement? The biggest I'm able to get in my market is size 11 only

Can it be used for tap to pay
No, there is no option to pay with the ring.
Is the SPO2 feature gone now?
It is still there in the Q-ring app that you can even set to measure on regular intervals.
Can it be used to continuously monitor my heart rate while doing an exercise?
Yes, you can set heart rate monitoring to lowest 5mins interval. Keep in mind then it will use more battery and impact the standby time.
How long does the battery last for normal usage?
Usually around for 4 days with 30mins interval monitoring.
Do you know if it integrates with Google Fit?
No, it only works with QRing app.
As I see in the app, there is a way to synchronize with Google Fit app
