I recently had this girl confess to me while drunk over text. I told her I don't take drunks seriously (so it would force her to confess when she was sober). She avoided me for a week, but eventually texted me saying she liked me. I said, go home you're drunk. (Forcing her to confess face to face). She wouldn't do it so I just ignored her. A month later, face to face, she finally confesses that she likes me and would like to go out for drinks. I told her I was flattered but not interested. Moral of the story: she could have saved herself so much time and energy had she welcomed the rejection three months earlier rather than prolonging the inevitable. Women really need to learn to take rejection.
