Hi Jake, thanks a lot for this fantastic and thought-through review of ISCO4all. We enjoyed watching it - and learning about your experiences. We are aware of the remaining challenges and keep on working on practicable solutions. Again: Great shots, thank you!
They look really nice! Are there plans to release more focal lengths in the future namely wider focal options? That is the only thing holding me back to invest in this set...
@@david.abroche Hello David. Thanks for your request. We still investigate wider focal length. Our collaboration partner DuLens introduced a 31mm. The issue is, that it leads into a huge vignette with the ISCORAMA. So you will use a lot of your angle of view If you crop the image later. Kind Regards Piet from Schneider-Kreuznach
@@pete_in_focus Thank you for the swift response! Yes I imagined that it will cause problems with the adapter, though most projects are shot in sperical so I think it would be still nice to have and I think so would other video professionals feel aswell ;) Ich wünsche noch einen schönen Tag!
Thank you for the great review! ISCO4ALL was one of the most attractive anamorphic solution but there were not enough information until this review. Thank you thank you!!
Man you do good reviews. This one is no exception, learned a ton of new things watching it as all the other ones. Thank you for sharing and i wish i were rich...
Please don't manually desqueeze the footage and leave letter boxes :( Use pixel aspect ratio to properly enter the desqueeze, and then use the proper resolution, like 4096x1716. Most programs, like Resolve, will then also allow you to auto-scale to fill the image
Where is the Vimeo link mentioned at 18:28? I'm looking for more info on the Dulens APO Mini Primes, will there be a full length review on them in the future?
Actually the lenses by themselves are more appealing to me - a nice lightweight set with a character. That anamorphic adapter looks cumbersome and heavy :p Nice vid though, as always ;)
I love that there is some distortion with this as well as the breathing. But it's really big and I only really want one of the primes. Do they only sell as complete set?

I wish every lens review was this comprehensive, accurate, and without BS. Thanks.
Thanks for watching Jon! Jake
I"VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!

The 1.5x squeeze can be pretty nice in combination with the 3:2 open-gate recording that more and more mirrorless cameras get.

Thanks for the kind words and watching Raymond! Jake

@CVPTV I am interested on this as well

Yeah it’s unfortunately only available as the set atm. Jake
Is the 54 available separately from the three primes?
Currently, unfortunately no. Jake
looking for that too :)
nice video, i dont like the bluehousing😆
That blue housing looks so bad
I'd buy that 1.5x for 1500 in no time,
those primes - they can keep em :)
That C70 is sexy 😋
Cries in poor
Geez, what's the point of calling it full frame anamorphic if it vignettes that hard on actual full frame?
