Things have calmed down a bit on the test server, so I decided to jump into it again to give VZ. 71 Tesak another go. Let's see how this tank can perform in more live server-ish battles.

Manticore has excellent camo, the only thing it lacks is ammo capacity and dpm.

I like that this tank being LT is this size, with poor armour, not that good camo as others. Maybe ppl will finally learn that not all LTs are playable like EBR or Manti. WZ and Sheridan are completel ydifferent type. They're more of small meds than LTs

For anyone did not know: the new auto cannon will have no auto bounce angle, it can pent at any angle if the effective armor < pent. So this new LT can easily pent STRV 103 frontally.
I like to imagine this tank is designed to only get opportunities to spot by literally just eliminating the enemy lights first
I'm worried people will use a mod that watches for the impact splash of every single blind shot and marks where an unspotted tank is.
I like the idea behind the tank, but I really don't want it on the live server
I think that it's great that WG is not only adding meta tanks, but things that can be more for fun as well.

Exactly.... its a fun thing for a specific game mode, but for random MM being able to do over 700-1800 damage in 3 seconds is insane...esp with a sub 14 second reload... thats around 4.1k dpm average....this game is rapidly becoming an unplayable shit show....
I agree with you. It's ROF is ridiculous. It feels like an MG RoF rather than an AC one.
Yeah, cheaper to plant garlic than buy, "seed." But garlic takes 7 to 9 months to harvest.

@clarkclements7204 play csgo if you have a need for speed, wot was for players who prefer tactics over hand eye reflexes. Now wot is turning into just another shooter with its trololo(if it's my team)/rofl stomp(other team) trains, wheeled lights already broke everything and now we have a light tank that can shit 1800dmg in under 4 seconds, sure it doesn't have impenetrable wheels and I'm hoping my lt432 will be able to ram the bejesus out of it, but that doesn't change the fact that the whole game is going in the opposite direction from what it should be(according to what it set out to be back in the day)
@@-_-DAVe CSGO is a great game. I love that game too. Wheeled tanks haven’t broken anything. They have trash view range, and no HP. They are useless scouts and are easy to kill.

It just gonna be op against everything that isnt' a "Super heavy." The reload is way to fast for something that can output that damage in a short time. If you can't 1-3 shot it in 10 seconds you are gonna eat it pretty much. They completely backed off overheating guns they tested at one point. Perhaps they will add it sometime but who knows.
I have played at least 30 or so games on the live server in the VZ.71 and like Dez says, and shows in the video, it only really shines in certain situations. If you can't isolate someone and get behind them and are forced to take shots from distance the tank struggles because to get even 300 damage you have to expose yourself way longer to fire your clip than any other light does that can just fire and pull back immediately. And that's assuming you can even penetrate their armor frontally. And the VZ.71 has terrible camo and view range for a light, plus it's a huge target that has virtually no armor.
I think it's going to be a fun tank and when it can get behind targets and live after it dumps its clip it's going to seem OP but in a lot of battles it will be tough to make work because the right situation for it just never present themselves.
they should give it a shorter range like the 3cm on the luchs. they will release it as is. Gotta have the OP for a few months so they can nerf it after everyone spends money

After comparing it to the other LTs...on paper...it's not a bad tank, easily comparable to the other LTs for the most part. I feel it will be good in the hands of smart aggressive players rather than passive players. I also feel it will most likely be middle of the pack. But, that really depends on WHO is really going to play it.
WeeGee, releases 2 very lightly armored mediums.... and then proceeds to release this....
i wonder how many crazy crits you will get on the enemy tank if your crew is has those skills -- because of dispersion ....you will get crited everywhere and crew members
I'm pretty sure, every toxic tank is "fun to play". There is no need for test server to tell that. What i'm interested is - does this tank feel toxic when you are on the receiving end?

Well no matter how it plays I will have it quick, have 500K free XP waiting for its release. Also have 5 crew people with 3 skills to start and 13 training books too. For myself it cant be worse then the EBR and I do love light tanks

Idk how I feel about this new line I was under the impression that it would be different from other clip tanks ( beside the machine guns ) like the clip would regenerate when out of combat so you don’t have a 20 sec down time

I know easy buff for WG, Vz 71, AP rounds buff DMG from 900 to 1200, and apcr from 600 to 900. The tank could be completely fine then. It is not broken cuz it is super hard to play, and you will miss half your shots anyways many times. This I really think is a golden tip

It turret turns faster than the hull. On german ligh it do not happens. why ? God know why? Same to Grille 15 gun depression and elevation, terrain resistance, dispersion etc? WT auf Pz IV gold penetration loss and gun depression? Why why why?

you artys in the 3 arty match sucked the could wrecked you hole side with 3 arty hit the same target but you hardly ever see that any more most arty play do not target same people because the want there kills it lame really
