Exploring Rangeli in eastern Nepal with Lala Ji

Part 1 of 2 of my first full day in Rangeli Eastern Nepal. I am lucky enough to be friends with Lala Ji and he brought me to his family's house. They treated me like family!!

I'm so lucky to be doing these Nepali travel vlogs with Lala Ji. If it wasn't for him, I wouldnt be going to a place like Rangeli where there are absolutly zero tourists. What an amazing experience and I am so grateful!

The first one which lala ji was referring to as oil was actually mustard seed. The seed are crushed to produce oil. The spice which you saw was coriander seed. Good to see you exploring the remote parts of Nepal. Hope to see such contents in the coming days too.

31:09 That spiced she extracted with and crushed was coriander seeds. We use its leaves to enhance taste of curries and after the Coriander plant is fully grown it has seeds on it. Which is crushed to be one of the component of masala. Masala as a whole contains many other crushed seeds including coriander seeds cumin seeds and so on
