Most of the Nepalese who watch this type of video are those who are outside of country and reminiscing about their country. And i am one of them.. really miss my country.
Reading the comments, it seems I'm not the only one who found this video quite emotional. Thanks for making me cry, dude. I think I needed to release something.
I am from Kathmandu, and now a grad student in the United States. I can't explain how much I liked your video. Everything about it touched my heart. I miss my home, but thank you! It feels good to miss Nepal.
love from your home country. i am 17 and just wonder they can visit country like nepal a young age, what a currency power right. once again stay hard and visit your own country with your loved once
Dude! This randomly got recommended on my feed and I was like,”Let’s watch a video about home while having dinner.” I’m on the 28th minute mark and I’m crying and sh**. Your storytelling skill is unparalleled. If anyone asks me to show a video about Nepal, I’m showing this.
This is exactly why I pay my internet bills - for great content like this. Here's to your continued success and happiness, which I hope reaches even higher than the towering peaks of Nepal!
Judson, I travel South America on a motorcycle with a paramotor on the back of it. Presently I'm in Peru. On a daily basis I wonder if there is anyone out there that can relate to the words that are in my head as alone I put in mile after mile, after mile. But you didn't just eloquently echo my thoughts, you spoke to my heart also. I just wanted to thank you for making this video. I just wanted to thank you for all the hours you sat behind a computer editing and choosing just the right narration. For me, it was special. Thank you.
So Glad you liked and loved NEPAL, i am NEPALI and currently in Japan, its been more than 2 years being out of the country and i miss my country so much, i miss the small houses, the food, the dust in the air, i miss the mountains and the hills, more than all i miss my family .
I am from Nepal, and now a Student here in Canada. I found this video to be quite emotional i miss my home. Loved your word it brings tears in my eyes.
Compressing 14 days into 30 minutes of sound, light, beauty and magical present moments through your being was incredible. Thank you for reminding us to re-center and sharing this amazing film!
The storytelling , cinematography, moments and everything about this short film were truly phenomenal, touching and simply beautiful. Thank you for visiting our home Nepal 🇳🇵 Much love Judson Graham ! ❤️
Judson, I only know you from a previous PPG vid, but this 30min film was the perfect window into your world, and you earned a subscriber who would love to watch, and possibly share, more adventures like this! Your cinematic insightful storytelling and exquisite editing were pin-point perfect from start to finish… and that script… that was a masterpiece. 🏆 I feel honored to meet YOU, as a person and not just a pilot. 😎
This is amazing. The rawness and emotions in this video make it so much better. No crazy cinematography or 4k drone flights, just based on raw emotions. I currently live in the US, and this video certainly took me back home, and my eyes were teary.
Thank you Judson, Don't know why, but this brought tears to my eyes. I will never make to this place, but I am thankful/grateful you took me along. God speed and blue skies!!!
Why is this video so short? It's a 30-minute video, but it feels like it ended so quickly. Just wow! I see myself in this video as a child, as an adult, as a Nepali, as a nature lover. Thank you for your video. Welcome to Nepal.
the algorithm needs this to present this to more people. with this video i can officially say there are 2 videos so far which catches the aesthetic of nepal
Judson, you are living the life that we all want to live. I am so happy for you and so glad you’re getting to do it. Again, I still think you’re the best pilot on earth. Enjoy yourself.
Im glad you got to see The Mountain at last. I took one of my friend (from US) on a Motorcycle tour to Muktinath, Nepal back in 2012. There are lot of Motorcycle adventures you can do here and every one of them will have its own experience.
Bonus artistic style points for writing your diary with a mechanical pencil and sharing that detail in a subtle way. Curious if you entertained the idea of sharing a page of it, to give a glance at how you might have captured the trip with pictures and words with graphite. Great storytelling!
Such a classy story telling Already seen many vlogger being surprised about my country but bro you being natural And Not pretending us as another planet you gain a subscriber Hope you come back again
Thank you Judson! this brought tears to my eyes as well! I am thankful/grateful more each day to day to be alive. Your commentary and video editing is really really good! This one was special!
Best vdo ever made by foreign vlogger, you are an amazing story teller. Thanks to TH-cam for recommending this amazing vdo, dropping my comment to boost the algorithm.
Greetings from Crestline! As usual, really amazing content. Darren here. Can’t sleep from adrenaline from you know what! Was flying and thermalling and scratching super low all day, then another hour glassoff at Crestline. I can’t believe that’s your first XC! Indeed, truly terrifying. I did my first successful XC to Hangar 24 brewery in Redlands solo, and let me assure you, my knees were shaking violently. What a rad location for your first XC! Congratulations! I know you’ll be doing that again. I’ve never motored, but I feel you should fly unpowered more often, especially XC. XC is a true, full blown adventure, especially while traveling. You rock bro! I’m so Jelly! Someone has to do it.
In my view it’s not only the place it’s the people that make the place beautiful and welcoming. That is why foreigners are in love with Nepal 🇳🇵 I am absolutely happy and emotional the way you portrayed the beauty of Nepal with your experience and storytelling. Love you bro ❤️ keep up what you doing.
“Maybe this is why i came to Nepal 🇳🇵 “ hits different .. 🥺 .. the way you run with Childs full of joys.. the way that Nepali guy hugs you … the way you are in the crowd holding your tears, saying i am thousands of mile away from home.. …. …. Makes me emotional.. Love from 🇳🇵 Nepal. You are always welcome to our beautiful country 🙏🏼..
I am happy u enjoy visiting our country Nepal 🇳🇵! Our country is full of kind people, best food , mountains, rivers , festivals and culture! We want others people to experience it ! And you are the one of them ! You didn’t only experience it you feel it ! ❤ Next time when u vist Nepal go to hiking and do more stuff! You definitely feel different part of world ❤
Definitely one of your top five videos, amazingly edited and narrated. You touched the souls of your viewers with the magic of your personal journal of experience. Thanks brother!
Dude, come back and fly with us at Crestline! I’m way more into XC than the other Kooks. And you nailed it. Riding turbulent thermals totally requires you to make peace with it, and just relax. You’ll know when you truly reach total relaxation, it’s a bit of an epiphany. For me, it’s the most spiritual connection possible with paragliding, and it becomes by far the most comfortable place you have ever been, getting tossed around, often very violently by turbulent thermals, and knowing it is your duty to take whatever comes your way in order to harvest the lift that it yields. Many many times I have left thermals because it used to scare the shit out of me and is definitely uncomfortable at first. Now it’s totally addictive! Enjoy! Our pilots here have crossed the Mexico border, and the Arizona border with both hangliders and paragliders. That honestly sounds hard to believe but we have it recorded. My Neighbor and friend Rebar Dan has his HG flight to Mexico recorded.
The power you hold with the way you tell your story is just out of the world man! Cheers to you for visiting Nepal. You made me realize again how beautiful our country is. Thank you.
Thank you for letting us in emotionally, and taking us on a fantastic journey. Too windy to fly here in Alberta I think ill have a second coffee watch this again.
The way you enjoyed every single thing, the emotional attachments you have felt and created, the beauty that your eye sees in nature, portrays what a beautiful soul you are. ❤️ You have made me feel like you are explaining things to me while sitting beside me. Thank you. This earth needs beautiful souls like you, who don't compare countries by their development but by the beautiful souls living there and the memories they are creating
I am from Nepal but now m in England doing my grad. study. I was missing my home and all those mountains here in England but out of nowhere youtube gave you video and your video gave me all the happiness that i was craving. thank you for making me happy and at the same time I am so emotional missing my homeland.
Wow man, you had me in tears. The video, the narration, the music, the edit, my country, my people everything about it. This was the best thing I've watched in ages.
It's not just a vlog, it's a biography, a poetry, a piece of literature - something that resonates deep within, reminding us of the profound joy of being alive and witnessing life's wonders. Thankyou for visiting us ❤
Your videos are so similar to INTO THE WIlD movie. Lots of emotions and monoluges thats really good made my day. I hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful country.
This was poetry in film. Watching something like his for the first time in years, where you just drift away and relax, almost felt like meditation. Amazing ! Thank you very much Judson for this masterpiece.
I would say that this was the most close I felt home. The way you presented and started off this video with a great story. You didn't just show us Nepal, you showed it from your eyes. I've watched tons of other videos about Nepal, and I am confident that THIS was the most personal and the best and capturing some deeper beauty of Nepal instead of the general Himalayas and nature. I loved how you enjoyed your time playing with the kids. I hope you loved every second of this constant chaotic yet joyful experience in Nepal, and I hope you get to visit other parts of Nepal. I am sure you'll love it. Thanks for this great amazing video though Judson❤.
Graham, I find your video to be art in motion. The way you transcribe your deep inner thoughts during the experiences you've had is beautiful. I find myself missing the humble embrace of my home country.
Nepal tourism should pay for this beautiful video! It’s a great promotion indeed, even though it wasn’t his intention. This video made me cry. You are a great great great story teller & writer.
This is the first time I watched in normal playback speed ❤ Your storytelling is class. I am your new subscriber from Pokhara Nepal. Gonna watch your every series from now on. Hopefully will see you again in Nepal visiting Farwest or Fareast of Nepal as well. Or you can go to Birthplace of Buddha in Lumbini Kapilbastu or Top of the World Mt Everest in Solukhumbu district.
You got me with your storytelling. Being far from home is enough to make you emotional but the way you narrate everything..it is just something else. I am glad i came across this video. Last year i was travelling in Pokhara this time around..aahhhh i miss home.
Hey Judson, I was just scrolling through TH-cam videos and landed on this one. Your depiction of my beloved hometown, Pokhara, truly struck a chord with me. 22:03 , the mini gang of kids exactly demonstrated my childhood days. I was grown up the same way the kids are. Having fun with the friends after coming from school, no tension of the career, just living the days. Even though I am from Nepal, I am currently living in Toronto, paying my bills, catching trains everyday. I thought for a while and realized how fast the time flew . I completely enjoyed a whole video and guess what,, you got a new subscriber. Thanks for showing up the mini gang.😉
This is the first time my eyes are full of tears listening about my very own county. Got goosebumps listening to your words. I feel like packing my bags immediately and go visit the places i am yet to see and explore this beautiful nature and live life.❤❤
