the sparring gear is really well made stuff, I wonder if they'll update the bar headgear to match the sets.
Been wanting this sparing set but all it needs it's a face saver headgear...which I heard it's probably coming out this year.

@@BA-cz4is you bell end I am pakistani myself. He's got major contacts there and I'm sure I've seen him endorsing it somewhere. Most leather gloves are manufactured in pakistan.

I love their cheek saver and I have the full kit as well but the high cut Gp-240 instead of the Gp-250. I also have the new FSHG-250 facebar headgear and it is amazing. It feels a lot slimmer, sleeker with better vision than my Fly Superbar X. I just reviewed it on my channel if anyone is curious about it.
Whats the difference between the high cut and the normal one?

Im wondering if those gloves are comparable to winning ?
I'm looking at either the phenom shg250 or winning fg2900.
I currently have the ring to cage clones of the winnings(but want quality that lasts) and love the light weight and super cushionned feel. Really leaves you with less of a headache after a hard sparring sesh.
How is the phenom padding in comparison to the winnings.
Are they as soft and absorbant? Cause I feel that's what sets the winning headgear apart from the competition.

Aside the top notch general quality, the protection it offers is beyond what I expected: I barely feel the punches and I've got my nose totally protected. Coming from using the head guards provided at my gym this is incredible upgrade and totally worth the price. Really thank you!

Their gloves and head gear sure look good
They changed the sizes on these it used to be S/M and L/XL with the bigger one only going up to 58cm. Had to return and buy something else, now I have mismatched sparring gear. 🙈
Do love the gloves though. Ended up with 2 pairs
I want to try their face bar because the Fly one isnt working out for me. I have a long head so the strap at the bottom feels very tight to me.
Do you think it runs small? Mine just came in the mail today and I got a Medium based on the sizing chart but it feels tight. I wear a size 32 in pants

Strange question but are these gloves better for longer hands? It looks like the hand compartment is long with a shorter cuff, so if you had shorter hands (mine are about 7 inches in length) would the wrist support be lacking as it is tied and taped up on the forearm instead of the wrist? I use 16 oz gloves as its for sparring and I'm looking for a glove with a nice fit as my rival rs1 (1.0) is way too big, although I accept that all 16oz gloves will be big on me lol. I'm thinking of buying the SHG-250 head gear, but my head circumference is 57 cm which is the highest size on the medium, and im 15, should i just buy the large?
Edit: I contacted Phenom, and they said it would fit

It’s a good head gear, the new models I notice do not have the suede forehead. Maybe some people didn’t like it, I thought it was a good idea.

I want to buy some fly superlace X's. For all around training, do you think I should boy 160Z or 140Z gloves? There are no rules regarding this in my gym. Ans I am 175cm tall and weigh around 79 kg. Thanks!

Yes under the shorts but go a size up with your shorts
So I wear size large shorts but size XL fight shorts to give more room to the groin guard

I'm curious about this headgear. I have the rival rhg100 and although I like the cheek protectors, ( i need something that reduces the chance of a shot popping my contacts out ) the material on the inside of the headgear is so slippery that after a couple jabs i'm blinded and have to adjust it back which drives me crazy. With the reverse leather on the inside on the phenom I assume that would not be an issue. I've been unlucky with headgears as I also have the winning fg2900 yet heart breakingly shots manage to sneak through the cheek protectors and pop a contact lense out once in a while. tx
