I've had the Spark 40 since it was released, I actually waited six months or on the pre-order. The best accessory I've had is the Spark Cab they got this Xmas. The sound is fantastic and goes really well with the Spark.
Hmm might have to play around with 3D printing a clip on cell phone holder that can clip onto the headstock. Get rid of the clip on tuner and just use the app plus the controls.
Hey bro, Nice video for a Canadian Lol. Was wondering about the Spark cab. A flat responded power cab. I just ordered one. If i like it, I'll get another for some ping pong effects. Can you do I video about this? Hell, you might already have. I'll check. But if not, consider it. PEACE
Hey I appreciate it! Proud canuck here. I don't have any cabs around (they take up too much room in the studio) but I do have combo amps with FX returns which kinda work the same way - you can watch the demo video here of how to set your spark for a combo amp with and without and fx send return - th-cam.com/video/ycxoyzAcTao/w-d-xo.html
@YourGearSucks Thank you, good sir. I do love Canada. Your women are gorgeous. Not as fake as the states. But I already do that. I use the little Go as a preamp or in the fx loop because of all the effects. It's really fun. But you have a new subscriber. Keep up the good work. PEACE
Spark 2 just came out ❤. It is rechargeable with a looper and the bass is not overpowering also the Spark live 150 w amp 4 ch with xlr and midi and is an audio interface and it takes a separately purchased battery
@@YourGearSucksI also bought the NUX Mighty Space which is rechargeable and trumps Spark 40 has better sound my 40 let puff smoke out one day and I got the NUX but I think new Spark 2 gonna give it run for money For home studio or gigging with power I got the Valeton GP 200 and that through Headrush 1x12 is awesome and now the Spark live which costs 200 more but is rechargeable
@@jamessullenriot haha maybe! It's just a modded DSLR with an hdmi transmitter/receiver switched to with an app that controls my hardware switcher. Now that I type it out, it SHOULD be a video LOL.
Question??? The Spark Control (Foot Switch) does not operate with the 40 unless you have a Network Connection Available, correct???? Which makes it useless in most LIVE environments.... I'm trying to figure out how I can use the features of the Spark as an AI onstage. Today I have to change the presets by manually pressing the settings on the Spark 40. Apparently you don't have to do that with the Spark Live, so they are basically Fcking those of us that have already invested $400 prior to the LIVE release. Agree? I't's been great as an At Home practice device but it's a shame that they don't bring us early adopters to the latest technology WITHOUT A WAY FORWARD.....
Nicely made video! You have the cameras to demonstrate your various topics and you talk us through it. Soooo many guys with experience and savvy will make a demo/tutorial and make casual passing reference to some aspect of their topic that is a boring detail to them. Their hand, holding a male jack connector, will disappear behind an amp, which is full of inputs back there and they'll say "plug it in". For me, the guy who really needs the demo, the show is over!! Those videos are a waste of our time. My time anyway. But you SHOW me where/how the jacks connect. Details for dummies. Thank you.

Awesome! The cab is definitely a cool addition to the lineup!
I got can also but so damn bassy. I can’t seem to shake that heavy bass
@@YourGearSucksis the spark control will work with spark 2?
From one techy nerd to another, thanks for this video!!
Thank you for watching!
What an awesome video , thanks.
@@dananthony6258 anytime! Thanks for watching!
I mounted my battery pack inside the speaker box and drilled a couple of access holes for the input and output. Looks factory.
Fantastic. Ive seen a few of those mods and they are great.
Great Vid mate!
Thank you!
Cool video. Any idea why summing cables aren’t available in Canada ?
Not sure. Maybe because it is so specialized. It might be available somewhere now but when I made mine it wasn't. If you find one let me know!
I use the spark 40 as a potable speaker ..connected to a nux mg30 has looper drum machine all sounds I need ... 😂
this guy gears! LOL

Wait, you actually use one of these things live?
Yep. Almost exclusively. Check out my other video about using a Spark live on stage to see how. 😎
