I use BB concealer and as a 60 year old, make up loving woman, I find this the best out there. A little does indeed go a long way and no, you don't need powder. If it starts to seep into those pesky little under eye lines, just blend it in again with your finger and ta-darrrr 😊 loving your videos Wayne 💞

I use Physicians formula as both a concealer and eye primer. I use the Super CC Cream one and love how it blends in my skin and disguises my one dark spot on one eye and my under eye dark circles. Love it.
I've tried so many concealers low and high end and the only one that has worked wonders for my over 40 dry under eye skin is the Garnier anti dark circle roller, it is amazing! It doesn't crease even when I forget to set it, it's hydrating, looks natural and really brightens up my under eye area, plus it's faded the darkness under my eyes that I find myself not having to use as much!
Aaron Bear in my opinion it's one of the sheerest concealers out there. I think it's more for subtle color correction under the eyes before the use of an actual concealer
Amakeup Affair I discovered that one too, and I agree. I need to purge my concealer collection because I have so many and they just don't work. I'm 50 so I have some linrs, very fine,,some darkness, but what really bugs me are 2 veins under my eye that nothing covers. I just ordered Shape Tape (even though the price made me weak, lol!) in the hope that it will cover, but I've also heard it's drying. I guess I will try with face oil under the eyes and a few dots like Wayne suggestied. I see TH-camrs, especially the young ones, TOTALLY glob it under their eyes and I just don't get it. Use a small amount of concealer and blend it down to highlight. I would never, and could never put it on that way! If Shape Tape doesn't cover the veins I really don't know what else to try. i really enjoy this concealer. I recently purchased this product and I have used it for a solid week and i fine that if you lightly dip your brush into setting powder and lightly tap it into your face its just the right amount of powder so you dont look crusty or cakey under the eyes. xx
Justyna N the triangle thing is actually bad... Doing that swipe motion Iver time will caused bags under your eyes. Cause your constantly putting pressure an stretching the skin. That's why you Pat every thing to stimulate the skin.

I am 52 years old and have always had my eyes be my focal point on my face but now that I am getting older I have new problems and I gave been Having problems with the sunken in problem around the ocular eye area and with crepe dryness that is accentuated by setting powder. I have learned a lot from you about how to work around the sunken in problem but have not figured out what to do about setting my make up and not using powder. Thank you, I will try this.
I recieved my Wayne Goss brush set. OMG, as a water or artist, I knew brush quality makes a big difference in application. I just never knew that a makeup brush could be so phenomenal. Unlike all my other brushes, I can use yours exactly the same way Id use my watercolor brushes when I paint. Your brushes are made to be held properly. They actually move product properly so that it blends instead of smearing or brushing away. Im so please. I will be buying a second set and I will be eliminating all of the other brushes in my kit so that In using yours exclusively. I so hope you'll change your mind and put that other tiny brush in production. I don't mind paying $20 to $30 for a wonderful brush that allows me to apply makeup to my grave the same way Id apply paint to canvas. Worth every cent I spend on them.
The Saem Concealer is another option for those who are in budget. The coverage is really good and it doesn't cake my undereye at all, which I've had a lot of problems with concealers since I'm also not the biggest fan of setting/powder. There's a lot of reviews from ytubers as well if you're not convinced you can watch those. Its around $6-$14 depends on where you buy it.
The only thing that working for me is a tiny bit of powder just where I tend to crease and no where else. I'm sure you've already tried it, but thought I'd help!
looks like something to put over blemishes for the whole day (I'm in high school and play volleyball almost every day) I don't usually set my concealer because it makes a mess with my oily areas but this may stay in place without retouching! Thank u man♡

I bought this concealer recently and right off the bat there were not enough shades, Im using the lightest at the minute and I'm not that overly pale. The girl that matched me for a shade at the BB counter told me about not needing to set it, which she didn't do but after having it on for all of 10 mins it felt sticky on my under eye and heavy. I had to go to mac and use some powder to set it. But over all its a great concealer, its really good for layering too, it doesnt cake up on ya, so i can colour correct and then use the concealer and its fine all day.
Thank you. I'm slightly (cough) older and have a terrible time with concealers creasing. If I set them with powder,mint makes wrinkles show up I don't even have. Maybe I need to give this one a go. 🙂

Yes you really don't have to I sometimes don't either depending, and like Wayne mentioned in this last video he did on concealer application-if you do set it you really only need a tiny amount of powder-I use the RCMA No Color when I do(and to set foundation too, just a small amount)-I have drier undereyes than I used to as well. I don't know if you've heard Wayne talk about the products from The Ordinary-they are really amazing(I got introduced to them by the amazing team at Beautylish-it's a beautiful site to shop, the team there is so fantastic-that's where you can find Wayne's brushes by the way..this brand, The Ordinary, was done by skincare experts who wanted to create a line where you could get great quality products at a fair price, and it's ingredient based so you can curate your own regime(the Beautylish team has it curated by concern/skin type and if you look on there in their articles Wayne also curated some amazing regimes for different skin issues-:) One that you might love that has helped me so much for dryness under the eye is the Caffeine solution 5% + EWCG-it goes on like a serum but it's very light yet moisturizing and it really plumps and firms the eye area. I get milia(they are tiny white texture bumps) around the undereye sometimes but also elsewhere, and so because of that I can't use rich eye creams-but it has actually helped with that too. I use several of their products. If you are super dry, like you said, you can layer other products over the Caffeine solution too. They have great anti-aging products as well. I just thought I'd suggest it since it really helps me under concealer as well. :) Let me know if you need a link to it/those products.
HereDianna 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 EVERY SINGLE TIME! Besides, i put on my Nars concelear and then touch up through out the day or night with maybelline age rewind. If i set my undereye with powder (and dry the F out of it) i cant keep layering on top. This might take a bit more effort but i sure as hell look a lot Better and more fresh!

I use this for covering a huge amount of hyperpigmentation under my eyes. Don't drag it as much as TH-cam gurus but still use a considerable amount and it does need to be set. Despite this it still tends to settle to my fine lines under my eyes. It does cover well though, which is crucial for me.

Sadly I don't have Bobbi Brown in near but Dior is my all time go to when it comes to quality makeup along with Guerlain & Marc Jacobs, YSL too. I think all of them launched similar concealers specially Dior the forever range. YSL also launched one recently along with a foundation.
Nice review! I swatched it and was kinda turned off by the dryness mainly because I've used the intense serum corrector from BB and thought it would be something like that? But I'm going to try it again because I love the idea of a powdery finish.
I'd love to see a tutorial or advice on contouring really pale skin. I'm always the lightest colour in foundation and concealer. Everyone is doing contouring but it looks weird and very artificial on my face. Are there any products that would look natural on such fair skin or should I avoid contouring full stop? Please help!!

Does this concealer cover dark spots on the skin? I have one right where my lashes meet my face under the eye and it always look like mascara or eyeliner is smudged but it's not. I do not have dark circles under my eyes but i do have small eye bags. I stopped using conceler because it made the bag show up more. So I just use my foundation i will use a little more but just barly under my eyes. I set it with a brighting powder and since my skin is older and dry i skip out on the rest of the powder. People have been saying i look younger. The main reason with this i belive started when wayne showed us a trick to make the face look more lifted with where we put our blush and highlight.. i do not go past the outer part of my eye. At first i thought this was not enough blush or highlight. But people started saying i look more awake,more fresh and younger. Wayne was right.
Urban Decay recently came out with "The Velvetizer", which claims to slightly thicken foundation to turn them from sheer/light coverage to medium/full coverage. I wonder if these concealers include a thickening powder to make them fill in wrinkles the same way the Velvetizer is supposed to work?
That's the type of concealer that I need. I usually add powder to my concealer so that it wouldn't easily get off or move to the skin but stays where i put it.. And also concealers shouldn't be super creamy so it wouldn't get inside the pores easily.. I hope there's a product like this in the Philippines..
I am going to be 48 next week. In the morning, after I cleanse my skin, I use CeraVe eye repair cream. I put on a mineral based sunscreen (AustralianGold botanical tinted sunscreen face in spf 50). I prime all over with Smashbox photo finish primer. I let everything settle for about 10 minutes. I use Lancome long lasting under eye concealer, just under my eyes. I set with bareMinerals Bareskin perfecting veil. I put the rest of my makeup on. I set with Urban Decay de-slick setting spray. I use all powder based foundations and makeup. My makeup lasts all day into early evening.
Beverly Ison I'm not Wayne but I hope you don't mind me chimed in, if you have dark circles, try Bobbi brown under eye corrector, especially in peachy color. it's cover everything without looking heavy and then top it off with any concealer of your choice or this concealer :)
My NOSE is super oily, so even if I don't set my under eye area, I still have to set my nose. I only set my under eye if I have to wear my makeup for well over 8 hours. And I don't use a significant amount of product or use a lighter color. If I want to highlight without shimmer I use a light pink toned color corrector over the tops of my cheekbones. It's just like using Benefit's Shy Beam but a lot cheaper!
I like the fact that your videos are short, but, could you do a "wear test" one day? Not saying you have to film throughout the day, but could you do a short follow-up at the end of the day after you wear a product for a few hours so we can see the end result? Thank you Wayne! Love you!
Lancôme effacernes waterproof concealer is even better than Bobbi. Love hers too, but it's a little thick and harder to work with. I just discovered the Lancôme one and it's amazing. Especially for us older ladies. I never have to set it either. Doesn't settle into fine lines or anything.
Oh darling yes the videos/photos where I see with the white going down all the way to the cheekbone with some people! I saw the product, and I wondered would Wayne like it and here it is-the good thing, if it's going to be dryer-you would need to be able to pat and press and have it stay in place, love that it doubles as an eye primer, and I do have a few areas on my face where I could use a bit of extra coverage..your original concealer application video was life changing for me(the one where you showed that you can't take a cream product and have it not crease and cake up etc..how to plump up the undereye with hydration - the Retoucher is absolutely brilliant-if I'm using brush 13 for a full face routine I can take a tiny bit of the RCMA and set-love it(the NEW brush 13 of course! xoxo), BTW I am doing an #onlyonBeautylish series with exclusives on IG(it also is going to include some of your favorites from The Ordinary, Charlotte Tilbury etc too! Jenny Ren just use a concealer if your foundation isn't enough. Wayne just covered his red spots on his brow with the product. Try it!

I cant set anything around my eyes with powder anyway, tried all your tricks, any powder near my eyes just makes me 100 years older :(

Yes you really don't have to I sometimes don't either depending, and like Wayne mentioned in this last video he did on concealer application-if you do set it you really only need a tiny amount of powder-I use the RCMA No Color when I do(and to set foundation too, just a small amount)-I have drier undereyes than I used to as well. I don't know if you've heard Wayne talk about the products from The Ordinary-they are really amazing(I got introduced to them by the amazing team at Beautylish-it's a beautiful site to shop, the team there is so fantastic-that's where you can find Wayne's brushes by the way..this brand, The Ordinary, was done by skincare experts who wanted to create a line where you could get great quality products at a fair price, and it's ingredient based so you can curate your own regime(the Beautylish team has it curated by concern/skin type and if you look on there in their articles Wayne also curated some amazing regimes for different skin issues-:) One that you might love that has helped me so much for dryness under the eye is the Caffeine solution 5% + EWCG-it goes on like a serum but it's very light yet moisturizing and it really plumps and firms the eye area. I get milia(they are tiny white texture bumps) around the undereye sometimes but also elsewhere, and so because of that I can't use rich eye creams-but it has actually helped with that too. I use several of their products. If you are super dry, like you said, you can layer other products over the Caffeine solution too. They have great anti-aging products as well. I just thought I'd suggest it since it really helps me under concealer as well. :) Let me know if you need a link to it/those products.
HereDianna you need a good rich eyecream then to wear before bed.. n moisturise to plump the skin before application... also drink lots of water

EVERY SINGLE TIME! Besides, i put on my Nars concelear and then touch up through out the day or night with maybelline age rewind. If i set my undereye with powder (and dry the F out of it) i cant keep layering on top. This might take a bit more effort but i sure as hell look a lot Better and more fresh!

I use this for covering a huge amount of hyperpigmentation under my eyes. Don't drag it as much as TH-cam gurus but still use a considerable amount and it does need to be set. Despite this it still tends to settle to my fine lines under my eyes. It does cover well though, which is crucial for me.

Sadly I don't have Bobbi Brown in near but Dior is my all time go to when it comes to quality makeup along with Guerlain & Marc Jacobs, YSL too. I think all of them launched similar concealers specially Dior the forever range. YSL also launched one recently along with a foundation.
Nice review! I swatched it and was kinda turned off by the dryness mainly because I've used the intense serum corrector from BB and thought it would be something like that? But I'm going to try it again because I love the idea of a powdery finish.

I'd love to see a tutorial or advice on contouring really pale skin. I'm always the lightest colour in foundation and concealer. Everyone is doing contouring but it looks weird and very artificial on my face. Are there any products that would look natural on such fair skin or should I avoid contouring full stop? Please help!!
Yes I can see its a good concealer. I am 66 and everything I wear goes right in to my wrinkles so I just say what the heck! May as well wear the concealer I like. Thanks for your video again.

Does this concealer cover dark spots on the skin? I have one right where my lashes meet my face under the eye and it always look like mascara or eyeliner is smudged but it's not. I do not have dark circles under my eyes but i do have small eye bags. I stopped using conceler because it made the bag show up more. So I just use my foundation i will use a little more but just barly under my eyes. I set it with a brighting powder and since my skin is older and dry i skip out on the rest of the powder. People have been saying i look younger. The main reason with this i belive started when wayne showed us a trick to make the face look more lifted with where we put our blush and highlight.. i do not go past the outer part of my eye. At first i thought this was not enough blush or highlight. But people started saying i look more awake,more fresh and younger. Wayne was right.

Try "Bye Bye Undereye" by IT cosmetics. It is a good concealer, really works, doesn't need setting. A little goes a long way. Have used it for years.
Urban Decay recently came out with "The Velvetizer", which claims to slightly thicken foundation to turn them from sheer/light coverage to medium/full coverage. I wonder if these concealers include a thickening powder to make them fill in wrinkles the same way the Velvetizer is supposed to work?

Τhe best concealer is the double wear by Estee Lauder! I never set it with powder and it is amazing!
That's the type of concealer that I need. I usually add powder to my concealer so that it wouldn't easily get off or move to the skin but stays where i put it.. And also concealers shouldn't be super creamy so it wouldn't get inside the pores easily.. I hope there's a product like this in the Philippines..
I'm loving Lancome camouflage concealer really good stuff!
I am going to be 48 next week. In the morning, after I cleanse my skin, I use CeraVe eye repair cream. I put on a mineral based sunscreen (AustralianGold botanical tinted sunscreen face in spf 50). I prime all over with Smashbox photo finish primer. I let everything settle for about 10 minutes. I use Lancome long lasting under eye concealer, just under my eyes. I set with bareMinerals Bareskin perfecting veil. I put the rest of my makeup on. I set with Urban Decay de-slick setting spray. I use all powder based foundations and makeup. My makeup lasts all day into early evening.

Beverly Ison I'm not Wayne but I hope you don't mind me chimed in, if you have dark circles, try Bobbi brown under eye corrector, especially in peachy color. it's cover everything without looking heavy and then top it off with any concealer of your choice or this concealer :)

My NOSE is super oily, so even if I don't set my under eye area, I still have to set my nose. I only set my under eye if I have to wear my makeup for well over 8 hours. And I don't use a significant amount of product or use a lighter color. If I want to highlight without shimmer I use a light pink toned color corrector over the tops of my cheekbones. It's just like using Benefit's Shy Beam but a lot cheaper!
I like the fact that your videos are short, but, could you do a "wear test" one day? Not saying you have to film throughout the day, but could you do a short follow-up at the end of the day after you wear a product for a few hours so we can see the end result? Thank you Wayne! Love you!

Lancôme effacernes waterproof concealer is even better than Bobbi. Love hers too, but it's a little thick and harder to work with. I just discovered the Lancôme one and it's amazing. Especially for us older ladies. I never have to set it either. Doesn't settle into fine lines or anything.

Oh darling yes the videos/photos where I see with the white going down all the way to the cheekbone with some people! I saw the product, and I wondered would Wayne like it and here it is-the good thing, if it's going to be dryer-you would need to be able to pat and press and have it stay in place, love that it doubles as an eye primer, and I do have a few areas on my face where I could use a bit of extra coverage..your original concealer application video was life changing for me(the one where you showed that you can't take a cream product and have it not crease and cake up etc..how to plump up the undereye with hydration - the Retoucher is absolutely brilliant-if I'm using brush 13 for a full face routine I can take a tiny bit of the RCMA and set-love it(the NEW brush 13 of course! xoxo), BTW I am doing an #onlyonBeautylish series with exclusives on IG(it also is going to include some of your favorites from The Ordinary, Charlotte Tilbury etc too!
