Hills are such a cheat code. Gets you primed for the uphills when everyone's walking them and gives you more power for the flats. Great session this is💪🏾
Love this format Lee. Want to see more of these for sure. Would be great to see some metrics overlays on screen too so we can see your pace, HR, gradient etc. Easily done with GMetrix or similar. Particularly good to get some insight in to your current state and hear that fitness levels do fluctuate depending where you are in your training cycle. It's not always a linear progression, especially - for me - when you've had a few recovery weeks after an A race. Its like starting all over again sometimes, which can phuck with your mind a bit. Looking forward to seeing your new All In singlets too. Would love to support the channel and grab a couple.
Great video, I like this format. Question, I walk 2 mins between intervals currently (400 & 800). Should I reduce my rest to 1 min before increasing the quantity of reps? Thanks!
@@talagu1818 Yes, just 1 minute recovery. This is an uphill only session, but if I was to run up then down, I'd run in the same controlled way, based on pace.

Thanks Nina, but also that's because I was tired for the final 80km. 😂

Hurts just to watch. Well done, sir. I'll be glad if I did that tempo downhill. Inspiring. But the traffic looks quite dangerous.
Thanks, Ulf, good fun and maybe looks more dangerous than it is. Merry Christmas, Sir!

It depends what you're training for, but in most cases, yes.
Cracker video Lee. Love these workout video's 💪 that Thailand weather looks brutal!
It really is! Thanks, Brenton.
Great video. You recover for one minute? How long does it take to jog back down? Or that doesn't matter?

What would be a good start for this session? 10x2 minutes?
Yep, that's a good start!
