    Okay so funny story. I chronically called the gantt chart a grant chart. I say it wrong throughout the entire video. So...apologies for that xD

    Thanks for sharing your process! I wish this would have been something I would have known back when I started the launch phase of my debut novel, but I created something that worked well enough. Your process has given me some inspiration on how I can tweak mine (I say mine, but it is a hodge podge of what I could find from others) and make it better.
