Dry rub po and balutin sa aluminum foil then bake for 1hr and 30 mins. Then remove po yung foil and baste yung ribs with bbq sauce then bake it again another 30mins in low temp.

If you're out of Worcestershire sauce, use 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice,1/4 teaspoon sugar and a dash of hot sauce for every tablespoon Worcestershire the recipe calls for.
Ibang process na po yun ma’am! Dry rub na po ang method na gagamitin. Alisin niyo po yung wet ingds then ipahid niyo sa ribs tas balutin niyo ng foil then bake niyo sa oven for 1 1/2 hrs 200f. Alisin mo yung aluminom foil after 1 1/2 hrs then bake mo ulit pero for another 30 mins w/o the foil but this time dapay pahiran mo ng bbq sauce every 10mins para kumapit yung lasa ng sauce! Sarap niyan for sure
Usually po makaka bili ka ng ganitong cut sa mga mismong Meat Shop gaya ng Monterey o sa mga super markets. Makikita niyo po dun naka label “Back Ribs”. Wala rin po atang nabibiling ganito sa palengke.

I tried it today and instead of worcestershire sauce i used oyster sauce with lemon. It came out great. My family loved it.

Yes mahal talaga😂 make it 275 po for 1hr and 30 mins then 150 after removing the aluminum foil and basting it for another 30mins.
