3.0 has been perfect for me! are you going into hygiene or dentistry? Choosing the color was so stressful haha but I am so glad I went with something other than black! It’s a fun change
Good question! One trick we learned is that you can have them lay as far back as comfortable, lower the chair, and then do the cleaning standing up! This allows you to have more vision in the ergo loupes
I’m a hygienist of 28 years and still passionately love my job. My daughter is going into her 3rd year of hygiene now. This summer I had us both measured and ordered our loupes. I just got mine and 😳 it has already completely changed how I feel on my way home!! My neck and upper back would start to hurt. I love them!!!!!❤❤❤🦷🦷🦷
Hey, I’m just now seeing this!! I’m glad you love your ergos!! I’m planning on buying ergos but some people are telling me there are limitations when you’re moving around the mouth cleaning… do you feel that way? Hopefully that make sense!!
Hi! I completely understand! I have not had any problems but I have heard that you can have limitations if the patient cannot sit back all the way. But I believe that you can do the cleaning standing up instead and that can give you more freedom to move and see better
Hi! I got the 3.0x magnification because that is comparable to the recommended 2.5x magnification in standard loupes. I absolutely love them! No problems at all and it really helps with ergonomics. Thank you for watching!
You're looking a little "loupy" there Jayden, bahaha! During the demonstration, it definitely looks weird seeing you looking straight ahead while working on something down below.
@@jadesdentaljourney I've been waiting to say that for the past few months, ever since your video about you getting loupes! Yeah, it looks like like you are blind while you are working.
Very cool! So happy to see you like your new loupes. I agree loupes are a total gamechanger!
Totally! I am really enjoying them! Thank you for watching 😊😊
You are the cutest! I love that you treated yourself to them. Your body will thank you over time.
You are so right! 💕 I’m thankful for you!!!
Thanks for the info , wondering if I want 3.0 or 4.0 ….. then the next decision is the color lol

Hey there! How do you manage working on a patient when they are in a wheelchair or can’t lie in supine? Do you switch to a “regular” pair of loupes?
