Should use PVA wood glue on the biscuits, it makes them swell.

1rst: If You use a Biscuit Jointer, you have to hold it with both hands. Within this You have to fix the workpeace.
2nd.: You have to make shure that the Jointer does not move horizontally, which means - One Hand at the back and the other pressing the guide rail
3rd: There are three standard Biscuit sizes. The router has clear setting options for that.
I own the exact same Jointer and never ever faced issues like You show in Your video.
So please be as kind as to learn prior to use special equiment, before You declare something as unusual.
    Thank You.
P.S.: I think the refund was of course that they did not want to discuss endless.

I'm not an expert but the disc was definitely crooked so if I made a mistake I'm sorry but it didn't seem to work well to me. Thanks for the advice

what do you mean the slot was too large? the thickness of the blade was not 4mm or the horizontal lenght was too loose/large?

seeing the video now i understand. that's a problem with certain biscuits that are 3.8mm instead of 4mm as i heard around. it's not the machine or the blade

Hi, the blade had a strange movement and wobbled so it made the hole too wide

@@unic-iy5sx most of blades in similiar rotary tools (table cicrular saw, mitre saw) have wobble while rotating, they also self center while at full speed...in case that blade is so true and so stiff that would be very dangerous...there must be some flex to avoid blade explosion...
I also agree that this (parkside) is a hobby tool and as such does not have high tolerance (precision). In your case its better to have wider slot than too tight fit...because to have perfect clearance that must follow:
      -perfect straight cut plank/board
-perfect surface (same board height, jointer)
      -perfect surface on working table
      -perfect guard/fence on buiscit jointer
If you doo high precision joinery then this tool is not for this job...also again if you fu*ked up one of above things you won't match sides, gap, overhang of two boards....with this tool even if you are off by some margin you can still perfectly align two edges, clamp and glue all that...
